Your challenge

• Responsibilities include working with other departments in technology, logistics and customer operations to aggressively develop the company?s product offerings and UK customer base. You will drive projects such as:
• Sales and business planning
• Positioning and promoting our product offerings
• Implementing customer acquisition and retention strategies
• Determining ROI on advertising expenditures
• Analysing customer profiles and purchasing behaviour
• Implementing customer loyalty programmes
• The position is high-profile and you will report directly to the board.

Your profile

• BA/BS degree
• Ideal candidate will have several years experience in e-commerce or mail order business, retail marketing
• Passion for analyzing products, customers and market dynamics
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Understanding of the search engines and online advertising market
• Strong quantitative skills and experience with MS Excel/Access
