To most countries, we offer free shipping above a certain order value. Orders below this value incur a small fee as listed.

All orders placed generally take 3-4 working days to arrive from the point when they leave our warehouse, and most orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of receipt.

International shipment follows over the companies GLS and DHL as listed above and their regional partners. In the case that both GLS and DHL are listed above, the delivery service can be specified during the order process. Please note, however, that a small number of particularly large items can only be shipped with DHL. This means that they will automatically be shipped with DHL in countries where the courier can be chosen and that they cannot be shipped to certain countries. They are marked with this information in the shop.
