Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of receipt and our delivery service partners provide online parcel tracking facilities, active from 2-3 working days after dispatch. Delivery time will vary depending upon your distance from the Courier’s Hub, but a typical delivery will reach the recipient within 3-7 working days.

International shipment follows over the companies GLS and DHL as listed above and their regional partners. In the case that both GLS and DHL are listed above, the delivery service can be specified during the order process. Please note, however, that a small number of particularly large items can only be shipped with DHL. This means that they will automatically be shipped with DHL in countries where the courier can be chosen and that they cannot be shipped to certain countries.
