Cage NOT suitable for Chinchillas
Plastic,flat bottom cages are not in anyway suitable for chinchillas, please do not buy this for a chinchilla to live in it, they can chew through the plastic bottom and end up hurting themselves at worst killing themselves by chewing something they shouldn't

my ferrets love it!
The cage arrived broken, in damaged box and two items were missing. Complained with very quick response. Got new one few days later.
The cage is huge and interior arrangement options can be limited only by your imagination! The only thing I would change are stairs. They keep faling off and they need to be redesign.
Apart from that I am very satisfied and it's great gift for your pets to make them happy!
Looking forward to shop on zooplus.co.uk again!

excellent when put together!
This house is brill & my 9 Degu's love it! The instructions might as well have gone in the bin for what use they were and although it took hours to erect with the useless "map" and a few missing bits (which cable ties did the job nicely)it turned out lovely! Loads of room and the extra accessories made up for the ramps which just don't stay in place, but mine do now with yet more holes and cable ties!! The "boys" love it.If you can persevere with it then this house is worth it.

Needs adapting for Guinea Pigs.
Instructions are useless, and the castors cant take the weight of the cage. They broke off within a few days.
The ramps are a bit too steep and not grippy enough for guinea pigs, as they are not natural climbers like chinchllas, rats etc. However, I pulled an old wooly sock over each ramp and secured it. This made them grippy enough for my guinea pigs to climb easily!

Bring them back!
I have one of these for my male rats, and wanted to buy one for my adult females, however Zooplus don't have them in stock, and I recieved an email saying they may not be stocking them again.. Real shame, as these cages are a decent size for rats and other medium/large rodents.

Not recommended for Rats
I recently bought this product and after spending 4 hours assembling it, one of my adult female rats got her head stuck on the outer bars! Very annoyed because I was recommended that this cage was suitable for rats but the space between the bars is too wide. Also the picture on the website looks nothing like the cage which arrived.

Great cage
The cage is great i have 14 pet rats who love it, the instructions were useless but anyone with half a brain could put it up in less than an hour. The cage is just as described and the price is so good, i would recomend it to anyone.

If you don't mind customising it a bit for safety...
... it just about holds up. After 6 hours of frustration my partner and I had it put together with plenty of duck tape and cable ties to secure openings. We gave up on the accessories i.e. built on litter tray and water/food bowls as they don't fit with the design of the cage. After 6 months our 3 ferrets love it. Put old socks up the ladders to allow for grip. Removed the casters as the base was buckling. Reinforce the ladder hinges with duck tape. Secure green wire sides with cable ties.

Broken
I was very disappointed when my cage arrived broken and used. The box it arrived in was battered and cut open and it took two weeks to rplace it. There was no instructions so it took forever to put the cage up and when i finaly got it up it wasnt stable.

Could have been better
I recieved this cage in very poor packaging, the box was literally open! One item had already been put together by someone else as it was not wrapped in plastic like the others!
The website mentions what the cage comes with but parts are missing.
The platforms and ladders are weak and not what the picture shows.
VERY POOR INSTRUCTIONS.
My ferret loves it but alot of changes are needed. She hasn't yet escaped so that is a good sign!
Overall it is an ok cage.

This isn't a cage - it's a small country!
A couple of things I'm concerned about though. Great price and lots of space.However, the cage is on wheels and obviously designed to stand on the floor but it's virtually impossible for the rats to get in and out by themselves, particularly the elderly ones. There's good access on each floor and it's easy to clean. I'm hanging onto my old cage for the elderly guys as this is not suitable for them.

Don't buy this cage!
My cage had substantial damage to one corner on all three levels. The directions are USELESS
Cage does not come with corner shelves but with platforms and the ladders are weak and pointless. The general quality of this cage is POOR bits are bent/twisted and loose or dont fit together properly. The openings for the food bowls/water bottles are not secure to keep animals in cage. Very very very let down and disappointed!

Very disappointed with this cage. Initially thought at last someone has produced a decent cage at an affordable price, boy was I wrong!!We eventually managed to put it together, as they were no instructions, had to be made more secure by drilling holes and useing cable ties in various places as the ferrets would have escaped. The holes for getting from one level to another are in the middle of the floor so you loose all the decent amount of floor space.

impressed so far..
I haven't yet purchased the cage, but would like to share some of my "research" with other potential buyers, the cage can hold a max. of 14 rats, yet is at least £100 and odd pounds cheaper than other cages of its size !!

Fantastic!
I actually bought two of the T2 versions of this cage for my 2 groups of rats but then the situation changed I made them into one of these (with one level spare in the loft)
I have 12 male rats in here and it's great! lots of floor space for them. A smallish 7 week old buck couldn't fit through the bars so that was a plus too.
I couldn't recommend this cage more for rats! It's great and fantastic value to match.

*****BRILLIANT CAGE*******
I have two chinchillas and was unsure of what cage would best suit them i have once made my own but this proved difficult to clean but this cage is brilliant it huge and very easy to clean it was simple to put together and is very very strong...would recommend to anyone

bought 2 of these cages for my family of 4 chinchillas they love it that much they dont want to come out. instructions very poor but after the first was built second was straight forward great value thanks

Fabulous... mostly!
I have this cage for two mini lops, it's big enough for them, but I doubt for bigger rabbits. NO instructions, only a slightly larger copy of the website photo. The photo and clip parts were made for an older model so some didn't fit. My rabbits love this cage so much that they rarely bother coming out, and overall(now that it is made) I am very pleased with it. I have also used it to house a guest rabbit by blocking off the the top hole- very useful if your rabbits don't get on!

super for bunnies
HUGE, plent of room for a dutch sized rabbit maybe two. QUALITY, is fantastic. INSTRUCTIONS, terrible, but if you look at the pictures you can work it out. DELIVERY, to the UK was 2 or 3 days. PRICE, much cheaper than available elsewhere. AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT, OUTSTANDING PRICE AND SUPER FAST DELIVERY.

Great for rats!
I bought this cage a short while ago - and found it to be a great cage for my rats. There are a couple of downsides. The bedding falls through the holes in the top two bases and out of the side of the cage - we fixed this by turning the cage into 3 seperate cages (still stacked) by covering over the holes between levels. Now mess is minimal, it's easier to keep clean and my rats really love it. It would have got a 5, but the bedding problem, and the naff instructions, let the side down.
