Difficulties in feeding diabetic dogs

I have a miniature yorkshire terrier, who has had diabetes for nearly 12 months. Trying to find variations on her diet or in fact anything that she would eat has been very difficult.However she loves this food, and I have no problem at all giving it to her, especially when mixed with a little boiled turkey mince. I am that confident with it that I'm ordering a further 4 cases.
