lovely cagethis cage is great the size is fantastic with 3 floors and the chance of adding more if your good at diy, but there are 2 problems, once the floors are in place thats it you have a hell of a job to get them out, but i do have a tip for cleaning them and that is to use a baby wipe as long as you use the fragrance free ones, and the floors dry quickly. The other problem is the doors they are not wide enough so getting my gerbils out is a hassle but i have managed.

Good quality and very spaciousI think this is perfect for rats. I have my two rats in this cage and they adore it. It has plenty of space for them to climb on their ropes and other toys. It isn't very easy to clean out though as they like to wee on the wooden platforms so they need a good soak and scrub every few days. I have to wipe the platforms down everyday also again for the same reason. When putting the platforms back in the cage it isn't very easy and it is so big you have to put the cage on it's side and try with much difficulty to get the platforms in the same position because they are a tight fit.

Design Downfall.The cage itself is huge. There is loads of room for small hamsters. Looks great and the wheel is fantastic. There are a couple of downfalls to this cage though. 1. My hamster has climbed to the top of the cage and fell straight to the bottom for the simple reason being there's a huge gap from top to bottom in the middle of the cage, and it's quite some drop! so I have had to cut new wood to place a third floor in the middle of the cage to prevent him from dropping down so far. 2. I really like the wood ramps but the hamster seems to have difficulty getting up the ramp as he slides down, not a major issue though. 3. For me though these two issues dont bother me because I am capable of fixing them, e.g cutting new wood to fix in. Problem is will you want to do that? I love this cage, but these issues will effect people more than others.

Lovely big space for a hamsterReceived my Fabio cage within a couple of days of putting in my order. All delivered in good condition. Very nice cage with so much space, Squeaky didn't quite know what to make of it but he really seemed to enjoy traversing the bars and exploring the levels. My only criticism is that it took me an hour and a half to construct it because, as the cage has no opening top, it all has to be done upside down and guessing the levels of the platforms produced a bit of a problem for someone who is not very practical! It is also a very heavy cage so is not suitable if you move the position of the cage at all. Apart from that brilliant! Having read some horror stories about hamsters who develop a stoop from having to live in a very small cage this cage is perfect for a happy hamster.

Excellent!Fabulous cage, hamster paradise! I haven't seen another cage anywhere near as big. A lot of other cages are way too small for Syrians but this is perfect and looks much better than the plastic one's due to the wood. The wheel can shake loose though but is easily fixed with a bit of wire. Highly recommend it.

Great Cage !This cage is absolutely perfect for Syrians, my hamster seems a lot more happier and is climbing enjoying the levels. Also there is plenty of space for toys and that makes it the best cage ever. Its easy to clean (except the wooden parts).

Loads of room for small animals !Lovely natural finish and our hamster loves it. He now has 3 floors where he can climb or roam freely. He now has more exercise than ever before and is obviously happier. The only downside is that the clips fastening the top to the bottom are hard to position, either too slack or seemed impossible to fit. However once we managed the clips the cage is fine and safe. We love this cage and recommend it to anyone with a small animal.
