Nice and SpaciousI bought this cage around 6 months ago for my Daughters pet gerbils. The main benefits are the roomy cage and extras that come with it. The draw backs are that the plastic clips that hold the two blue floors to the side of the cage don't last very long at all, I have had three break and the others aren't far away.

Hamster Cage Jack 72The Hamster cage Jack 72. our new calico hamster Lemonwinks has lots of room to play. Although,I must admit the blue shelf clamps were hard to put together and the wheel is very noisy. So we bought a red wheel called silent spinner and new bowls called crock heavy weight. The tubes were very hard to put together and we bought new bowls because the auto-feeder is very messy and the attach-on bowl is messy because Lemonwinks digs for food and the food falls out of the cage. Other than that the cage is fine.If you have the patience for assembly the Jack 72 is for you!

Great value for money! My new hamster Millie loves her new cage(mansion!) she ran around the whole thing for the first night cuz it is soooo spacious! Must admit though the tunnels are really hard to put together but got there in the end, and none of the blue clips have snapped cuz i was gentle and had patience! Cheers Zooplus

Fantastic cage for hamstersIt arrived yesterday and is huge for my Syrian hamster. There is loads of space to put more toys and my hamster spent the evening burrowing in the ground level. The only problem is that it was pretty difficult to assemble the tubes and one of the blue clips snapped - so be careful when you set it up. It is a great cage and I would recommend anyone with a hamster to buy it and throw out the ridiculously small cages you can buy in the pet shop

Lucky MochaWhat a lucky little Mocha indeed! She inherited the last cage from Flufster (RIP) and chewed the tubes to bits so time for a new one. Fantastic value and fast delivery, just 4 days and considering it is nearly Christmas was very impressed. Took about 40 minutes to put the thing together - most of that time was spent trying to get the tubes constructed! Do read the instructions and don't go blundering in like I did on the 1st attempt! Much more overall floor space than my old Habitrail one. So so pleased thank you a million times over.

Well worth the moneyThis cage is huge my hammie Marge has just moved in after a cage upgrade. She loves it very spacious for her. The shelf clips are a bit stiff but if your careful they dont snap. The tubes are also a bit fiddly. But apart from that is the best cage ive found for the price. Marge prefers her old house to the one provided in the cage though lol . Delivery was also excellent Thanks Zooplus

A little patience and its well worth it!After reading the reviews I was in two minds about this cage, while the majority raved about it some comments were quite damming. However I have been pleasantly surprised! The assembly was a little fiddly to be fair but I managed it with relative ease only breaking one small shelf clip. But the fiddling was definitely worth it, the house is huge, more like a hamster hotel and is also great value for money compared to what’s on offer in the local pet shops and pet superstores.

Hamster Cage Jack 72This cage ought to be renamed 'Hamster Mansion' - it's huge - though incredibly fiddly to put together. Two plastic shelf clips broke during assembly and replacements take 4-6 weeks to come through. The plastic tunnels are really difficult to put together but come apart far too easily, when my son's new hamster went down one tube it came apart and the hamster fell, luckily Sparky is OK. I may try supergluing the sections and just flush detergent down the tubes when cleaning. This cage most definitely needs adult assembly. Sparky doesn't like the house - he uses a little cardboard box to sleep in but that's his choice. It is a good size cage if you can put up with the little niggles - though I think I am going to be buying another cage as son number 2 now wants a hamster!!

Spacious CageThis is the perfect size for a larger Syrian. The many smaller cages out there are totally unsatisfactory. My female hamster is much happier now and no longer goes beserk desperately trying to get out as she simply has more space to enjoy...although she still loves her outings! The only downside is that because it comes flatpacked, the actual wire part of the cage is more flimsy than the solid kind, but we just strengthened this with cable ties all around the top edges. Also, it doesn't come with a ladder or ramp to get from the bottom of the tray up to the first platform so we had to construct our own. Some of the accessories aren't great either, eg. the wheel is still too small for a Syrian so we bought a larger one (8" diameter) Other than that, it is a good cage and great value for the price.

Suprised !After reading the reviews about this cage I was expecting it to be great!Sadly NOT. After breaking off a few of the flimsy clips to hold the blue levels up and finally getting the tubes to stay together. We then went and bought Hammy. Well, first the water bottle broke and because it was late we had to go to a 24hr Tesco to get another, then the wheel became loose and it just wouldnt stay on so I had to buy another. As you can see it isn't what I would say a good quality cage. BUT, on a high note our Hamster loves the space and the delivery service was good.

Hamster Cage Jack 72Very good service. Delivered within 4 days. Cage is certainly value for money compared with those I've seen in pet shops. Really decent size for a Syrian hamster with lots of extras to occupy them. Am more than pleased with my purchase. Would recommend it.
