The Aquarium Plant Set for Shrimp Japanese Style contains:
- 4 x Hemianthus callitrichoides
This plant variety is relatively new on the market and is one of the smallest foreground plants there is. Because of its low height, this type of plant is especially nice to use in the front of the aquarium as a plant carpet to observe the shrimp on. It can also be planted on roots in the Japanese style.
When you first add the plants to the aquarium, be sure to use soil that offers the plants the opportunity for strong and healthy growth, and which provides lasting nutrients.
The plants are shipped directly from a German plant-garden to your house. Gravel, rocks, and other (pictured) decorations are not included. Please wash off the plants before adding them to your aquarium. After unpacking the plants give them some time to acclimatize prior to washing them. If you have shrimp in your aquarium use extra caution. Place the plants in a cup of water for four days before adding them to your aquarium. Some type of prawns can be harmful to these plants.
Please note:
- Live plants can currently only be delivered within the UK.
- The plants will be shipped with the delivery service DHL.
- The plants are always shipped on Wednesday or Thursday.
- Please make sure that someone will be available to accept the delivery at the address you've provided so that the plants will be fresh when you receive them.
- You will receive the invoice/bill for the plants per e-mail in PDF format.
