This ensures careful cleaning of the panes without leaving scratches in the glass. The sera Glass Clear T/TA is very convenient to use due to its new sinking technology: if ever the two magnets lose contact, the inner part sinks down vertically to the bottom and remains in an upright position. You can then just collect it with the outer part. Due to this technology, no trapped sand can scratch the glass, nor is there any need to laboriously retrieve the magnet from the tank.
An additional bonus feature: the new Sera algae magnets are equipped with an integrated digital thermometer - the Sera Glass Clear TA 6 is equipped with a precise analog thermometer.
This product comes with a button cell battery (LR 44) inside the magnet, plus a replacement battery.
The following models are available:
- T8: 110 x 45mm glass up to 8mm thick
- T12: 130 x 50mm for glass up to 12mm thick
