Bought two of these cages one was badly damaged during transport, and after a year finally got some money back, but not really good enough as I wold have preferred a new cage. the door does not close properly the tray is to small and falls down all the time (both cages) and both trays are rusting like mad. I have to make do as its costly to replace them again. I have always had good service from Zooplus but this broke me, my boys are not safe in their new cages!!
