I ordered these Proplan pouches for my cats for the first time. When I opened the first pouch, a foul stench came out—so strong that it lingered in the flat for several hours, and I had to take the bin with the pouches all the way down to the basement bins. In 20 years, this is the first time I've had a problem like this with cat food delivered by Zooplus, and it will also be the first and last time I order Proplan cat food.

I’ve been using this product for 5 years and it’s getting worse and worse. With the pouches, I have to take out half, sometimes almost all of what’s inside because of the huge chunks. I don’t know if it’s meant for a dog or a cat, and it’s starting to be a real hassle and expensive, as I sometimes need to use two pouches to make one meal. So please, change this and add more sauce, and make the pieces smaller—these are cats, not dogs.
