Food for cats with kidney problems
Only one of my cats has renal problems and he is very young - 4 years old....so feed him this every single morning - he quite likes it and one or two of the others also eat it....I do everything I can to make his life longer!

Excellent price
Our vet recommended (well told) that we buy this food as our kitty who suffers from stress related bladder problems, mainly crystals which unfortunately makes him pee all over the house. Before we started him on this, he was on Whiskers (which he loved)…however this has much more meaty and looks more appetising! I add a drop or two of water to a) add to his water intake and b) make it more into a meat & gravy meal. Oscar eats it, depending how hungry he is. I also buy the dried Urinary too…which

Seems to help
My cat has been suffering from urinary problems. After seeing the vet and getting loads of tablets she recommended this food.
He seems to be returning to his old self and will continue to feed this food!
Would recommend if you're cat has urinary issues too!

Love it
My cat loves this food which she is on under my Vet's instructions. Has started to put weight back on after losing too much.
Good quality but not that appetising...
This is a great product with a really low calorie content, but I can't really say it appeals to my 2 cats... I think they really just ate it out of desperation. The sterilised version is much better, in my opinion - it's got a higher calorie content but it seems to taste better.

Perfect product
My 15-year-old cat loves this food, which helped her put weight back on after she stopped eating because of her kidney problems… She’s been eating it for almost a year now, mixed with a few kibbles, and since then she’s gained energy and vitality. I recommend it if your cat has similar issues.
I took off one star because, in my opinion, the price is way too high!

Likes it
Alongside Kattovit, my pet gets this too, and it gets eaten up as well. It could be a bit saucier though…

Häppchen in Soße (12 x 85 g)
is only eaten reluctantly
Food given on the explicit recommendation of the vet plus FLUDT, so it's hard to tell if it's working. It's not eaten willingly, the mousse is generally left untouched or picked out, and the dry food from this range is completely ignored. At the moment, our tomcat is still losing weight because he accepts the food so poorly, although the crystals are receding (after 3 weeks), leukocytes are still high, protein and sometimes blood are still detectable (despite 16 days of antibiotics), and the pH fluctuates between 5 and 6.5. There are definitely no alternatives!

OK
The cats have no problem eating these kibbles. We also use kibbles from another brand, which they like more, but that's just a matter of the cats' preference. Overall, OK.

My tomcat has urinary crystals, but with this food they've really stayed away for a very long time.

He loves it
Thank goodness when we found out about his kidney failure and had to change the diet of our fussy cat, he quickly took to the Royal Canin chicken and beef pouches.
