It’s empty in here!
My kitty has been a fan of this one since the first time she tasted it. She eats all of it in her bowl and licks it clean. She loooves the sauce
Our one and a half year old cat loves this food. She's extremely healthy and in excellent condition on it. But every now and then, we'll get a packet, or sometimes a whole box of 12 that she just completely refuses for no apparent reason. We've no idea why, we can only assume it comes from a different factory or something? We feed her Royal Canin Fit32 dry food in the morning and a pouch of this in the evening.
I have the fussiest British SH, who is so picky about what he eats. I have tried most of the top brands on the market and the wet food he loves the most is RC wet (Hairball) in pouches. He is not a big eater so I can get 3 portions out of one pouch. The only DRY food he eats as well happens to be Royal Canin for British Shorthair - KITTEN
My cat doesn’t like this one very much... eats a little and then leaves the rest and goes for the dry food. With other brands she leaves the bowl clean...
My two Persian rescue cats love this food. They have been eating it as their chief food for several months and have never gotten tired of it or had any upset. I give them a dry food supplement and occasionally another type of Royal Canine, but this is their staple.
My Maine coon kitten is nine months old, he loves this food as well as the Maine coon kitten dry food.
I have 2 cats and they are both well and happy with this Royal Canin Intense Beauty food against all others tried. HOWEVER..I made a mistake and purchased a pack of 48 in JELLY instead of the GRAVY and neither really liked it, walking away from the dish having eaten very little [and found it smelt nasty if left covered in a dish between meals....wasted a lot in fact] I give the Light variety to the cat who is overweight and she likes that too.. The only wet food I ever buy now.
We originally tried a different brand and because we had the Royal Canin dry food we thought we'd try our kitten on this. She loves it and prefers this to her previous food. Well worth it
My 2 year old cat was recently diagnosed with cystitis. Having never showed symptoms before, within less than 1 week of them beginning, he was hospitalised at the vets and had to be catheterised. Within a 3 week period, he had 2 stay overs at the vets and numerous check ups. During the flare up, he was eating Royal Canin Urinary S/O to dissolve the crystals. The vets recommended he has a urinary care diet. Since he has been on this, he has had 1 flare up. I add extra water to all of his wet food
I love this food my 17 year old cat, enjoys it its low in phosphorus, and not chicken based. Which is fantastic if u have a cat with a chicken allergy. My sweetpea has kidney issues and hyperthyroidism, she hates the kidney diets but this is by far the best stand in for managing kidney issues, and she loves it. Also the biscuits are preferred by our older male cats. The price is great for the quantities we go through
My cat loves this product. She has a sensitive stomach and was overweight. This product helped her loose some weight.
My cat loves this it's one of her favourites. She always looks forward to feeding time.
My rescue Persians are thriving on this food. They like it and they are much more comfortable digesting the inevitable fur.
My two rescue Persian cats look so much healthier and their coats so much fuller and silky with this food. They really like it.
Our Siberian kitten with a very sensitive tummy, loves this food, will always eat it. Contains small chunks of meat that hes happy to eat.
cats still love this but last few months has been much more 'gloopy' than before, very difficult to squeeze out from the packet - has something changed???
Our rag doll won’t eat anything else than Royal Canin, value for money and so easy to order.
I thought I finally found something healthy and my cat eat when I first fed my cat. So I re-ordered 48 pounch. But she doesn't eat ever since. I definitely want to feed her good quality of food rather than regular cat food that you can buy in supermarket but this one was another fail... I am still keep on looking for THE ONE for her. Arghhhhhhhhh
My 11 year old cat has recently been diagnosed with crystals in his urine which caused a blockage that required emergency catheterisation and a 2 day stay at the vets. he now needs a special diet to meet his specific needs. This wet food is 100% IDEAL and cost less too. Perfect all round. Im able to buy in bulk and get it delivered to my door within a couple of days.
Our cat (who has had struvite urethral blockages and stress cystitis) really likes this food both wet and dry varieties. After his initial treatment and special urinary diet for dissolving the struvites, we wanted to give him a urinary maintenance diet he enjoys. We've tried other brands like Hill's which he would eat but he cleans the plate of this brand! Our vet approves it as a suitable urinary maintenance diet for our cat too. Happy cat!
My kittens are now 8 months & have been eating this twice a day since 2 months, along with the royal canin kitten biscuits. They love the small chunks and always eat it all. I've also tried the gravy one but they will only eat this. Will move onto the sdult when it's time.
Excellent quality product my kittens love it!
My boy loves his royal canin wet food; he loves the jelly one as much as the gravy pouch. I personally think that buying the two for under £15 is amazing value. Definitely recommend
My cat loves this food. He knows which cupboard it is stored in and goes there every time he's hungry. I combine it with Royal Canine dry food and he is happily eating both. Only issue, is that it's hard to get the lot out of the packet as it sticks to the bottom and sides.
We have a lovely cat called Nony but she is prone to being overweight hence our choice of Ultra Light. In view of this tendancy we weigh out all her food, a pouch of Ultra Light in gravy first thing in the mornings followed by Royal Canin Lightweight Care kibbles. It is a shame that rarely does the pouch hold the 85g that is stated on the pouch. It goes mostly from 78g to 83g and we are VERY careful to make sure we have emptied the pouch. Try it yourselves. It is a bit of a fraud.
My 6 month old Siamese kitten loved the Kitten Instinctive in gravy. It had 'Instinctive' written on the pouches & the meat pieces were oval & larger than the Royal Canin kitten food which has such small balls of meat they literally fall out the side of my kitten's mouth. I have no problem what so ever with Zooplus, as they immediately issued a refund but advised Royal Canin have changed the product. Has anyone else come across this problem of not being able to buy the 'Instinctive' ?
Madge was 2 when I adopted her and had had a bad start in life. I wanted her to have everything a beautiful cat could wish for. She loves Royal Canin Sterilised and is now in excellent health. Wouldn't swap it for anything else.
Don't know why there seems to be a real problem getting this. Having to pay through the nose getting it elsewhere. Very frustrating.
My 20yr old female black cat LOVES this food and have noticed a more content cat as well. Before she would leave half way through other cat foods but she really likes this and the jelly variety too
For the last couple of weeks my cat has hardly eaten and completely off wet food since her favourite was discontinued. After a tentative sniff at the Instinctive, she was straight in and in two sessions, cleaned the plate and thankfully wasn't sick. I was very worried about her just on a dry diet as she was getting very lethargic, but she seems to have perked up with this food. A feral cat with expensive tastes but hopefully I can get her back to better health now.
My 5 month old Ragdoll kitten wakes me every morning asking for his kitten instinctive pouch :) He loves this food combined with the RC dry kitten food. Would highly recommend!
I rescued a tiny fluffy kitten from some one who was giving away kittens too young as I was worried he'd not be taken care of or he may be used for dog bait, he was underweight. My other kitties are pedigree girls and have always eaten royal canin and have great health and digestion, so I decided that my tiny boy would benefit from it too! Obsidian quickly became healthy being fed on this kitten food, the vet was very impressed with his weight, health and shiny coat on his next check up. He eats every bit and still excitedly runs to the food now months later! I couldn't recommend this kitten food enough, it's fantastic! :) I also feed this to my cat that has hypertrophic cardiomyopathy because of the extra nutrients!
My persian cats love this food and look forward to dinner!
my younger cat likes it a lot, always happy to eat:)
My old cat needs a light diet but having 2 cats they both eat the same food. I tried some other sensitive digest brands but they did like them very much. Then i discovered Royal Canin Digest Sensitive and they both love it.
Our two Burmese are almost 3 years old and have been fed RC Intense Beauty since birth, first the kitten variety and then Adult from 1 year. They both adore it and love their mealtimes, they have RC Instinctive biscuits out all the time in a 'hopper' which they also adore. Their coats shine like gloss, they are so healthy and playful. I wouldn't use any other food, dry or wet. My daughter also uses only RC food for her two. Hope this helps. Photo to follow
My 2 kittens had been under-socialised before I got them and had terrible stress-related diarrhoea. They were on a vet prescribed Royal Canin wet food for their problems until they got better. I was worried about changing them off this but the Royal Canin Instinctive kitten food has been marvellous. They have no stomach problems and love the food. I thought they would get bored with it but months later they still eat every bit. Expensive but no waste.
Perfect, my cat used to be fussy and this is what she loves and it keeps her tummy happy
Our rescue cat has a sensitive stomach and also tends to overeat due to his history. This product settles his tummy every time. He is often sick with other pet food but never with this. We took him off it before due to the expense but he started vomiting again and so he is back on it long term now. Its great that it is a pouch as he prefers wet food to dry.
