Kerbl Pet Transport Box Expedion

I received the carrier and immediately contacted them about returning the product. The clasps don’t hold together at all – if you put a cat inside, the whole thing could easily fall apart when you lift it by the handle. A cheap product that could endanger your pet. I’d recommend investing in a higher-quality one, preferably one you can physically check before buying.

The glove compartment is made of really thin plastic and feels flimsy. On top of that, the door falls off its place even with the slightest nudge when it's open.

The hooks are very weak, they don't fasten the transporter.

It was broken after just one use! The door stoppers snapped off on both sides the very first time I opened it!

Unfortunately, the box is very poorly made. When assembling it, I noticed that the side clip fasteners are quite hard to close or don’t close at all. The door is made of very thin plastic and broke when I tried to put it in. The only thing I liked was the size. It would be perfect for small cats or kittens. Sadly, I had to return it straight away.

The basket is really difficult to put together, even with a lot of effort. The clips don’t hold. The plastic is extremely thin and would never support a cat. This thing is going straight in the bin as it arrived—such a shame and a waste of money.

The door couldn't be opened or closed without it falling out of the hinges.

The clasps are poorly made, some of them have sharp edges and fall off on their own. Overall, the carrier is of very poor quality, the plastic is flimsy, and if you squeeze the carrier too hard when trying to attach the top to the bottom, the clasps pop off due to the plastic bending. Overall, it feels very flimsy and unreliable—I held it with both hands instead of using the handle, just to make sure my pet was safe. I definitely do not recommend it; it’s better to spend a bit more on a sturdier carrier.
