Amazing product, created with the dog in mind, comfortable and easy to fit and tight, very well protects dogs paws and nails from scratch, made from good quality material and lasts long, much better than any other brand (and I tried few), definitely recommend if your dog has paw issue.
Boot stays on and is great for a paw injury. Keeps the area clean and protected. Great price . Proper sole to grip and wear well. Meant we could exercise our dog on holiday. Easy to fit and didn't worry our GSD at all. Got the largest size and it fits well.
The 1st size I ordered didn't fit my dog, so when I emailed to return the item I was told that they would send me a replacement but to donate the boots I had instead of returning them. Unfortunately the largest pair didn't quite fit either but I didn't bother asking for a refund as Zooplus were so kind to ask me to donate the 1st boots. Excellent service by Zooplus that you wouldn't see from other websites. Boots are really good quality would definitely recommend.
Bought these to protect my dog's foot after she had stitches in her paw. She took to them really well and trots along quite happy with both back paws booted. Not got her to be quite as confident with the front paws but will keep trying so she is ready for winter. I needed the smallest size XS (size 2) for a small cockerpoo (11Kg) which stay on well. I initially bought the Small (size 3) but these slipped off. Too soon to say how they will last but already been worth the money.
The boots were very good quality but sadly were not suitable for my dog (he has large paws but skinny legs). Zooplus were brilliant and arranged my refund really quickly. They even asked me to donate the boots to an animal charity which I have done. Fantastic service.
Ordered the xxl7" for my golden doodle on last Sunday and they arrived on Tuesday in good time for the bad snow we have had. The boots are a god send they keeped my dogs feet warm dry and did not come off once and he runs and jumps about.would recommend to buy this product so well made thankyou
Boots look well made. Unfortunately not suitable for my dog. Zooplus are brilliant arranging refund and advising I donate boots to local animal charity which I will certainly be doing.
Absolutely marvelous. Having read all the reviews I went for a size 7 for my English Springer Spaniel as he is probably the size of a lab and as one lady said she bought size 7 for her lab. Perfect size especially if you have a small bandage to cover too. Having been out for a walk in the snow and ice and as you may know Springers never stop, this stayed on all the way round from door to door. Superb product, superb service, quick delivery and a very good price. Thanks :-)
I needed shoes for my cavalier cause there´s roadsalt, cars leaking oil and fuel, and little stones during winter where i live. I like these shoes, they seems to be good quality. Unfortunately my dog doesnt share the same view on them. He even refuses to go on walks cause he doesnt want them on. They were fine when he stepped in a puddle, thats a big plus. But they do look a bit hard & uncomfortable. He stumbles sometimes, but he´s not used to wearing shoes. They also slided off his hindlimbs.
Archer has only one front leg and I wanted a boot to protect the pad when we go on walks in our local forestry as the tracks have a lot of slate chippings which are sharp. He is a very active 18 month old dog whose idea of a walk is a full speed run in and out of the trees with the other dogs, so I was not sure that the boot would stay on - I am happy to say that it did, he had no mobility issues with it, and the sole showed no signs of damage. Very pleased with this.
Unfortunately the boots didn’t fit my whippet despite lots of measuring - ordered the smallest size. These were too small but they just don’t fit a whippets slim feet in my opinion so didn’t order the size up. He high kicked them straight off...one landed on top of the kitchen cupboard! Zooplus gave me a refund and didn’t want the item returned so I gave it to a dog charity. It’s a shame as these were good quality for the price and looked like they would wear well.
I cannot praise these shoes enough. My 2year old frenchie drags his front paws due to neurological problems. These are the only shoes that fit his feet properly and stay in place. Although he does rub his dew claws if he doesn't where socks. So maybe this could be your next product!
Was very surprised how good these boots are. Could not get them to stay on but then with practice they stay on all the time. Great for the beach to stop my Labrador cutting her feet on the stones. Would recommend.
Unsure of size, I bought 3 different sizes for my two year old lively Wheaten terrier who has Pyo-traumatic Dermatitis, and associated sore paw, following a nasty infection. Size 4 is perfect with no bandaging in place, & the 5 works if the paw is covered. Size 3 was too small, so I requested an exchange for another pack of size 4 boots. I too was very impressed when the Zooplus Customer team asked me to simply donate them to a local animal charity. Well Done Zooplus!
I volunteer at my local animal rescue and some dog shoes were donated . the Lab I look after has really bad hip displaysure and can get sore paws. So I donated some money and Brough them home . They work that well that I've ordered some off zoopluse .size 7 xxl he is no longer limping after walking and running for ball and they have never come off so would highly recommend them 😆😆😆
At first we ordered the wrong size for our 14 year old lurcher who has small feet & ankles for a tall dog but after a 'phone call to Zooplus we received the correct size (4) & were told not to send back the others. The boots are easy to put on & very good value & give protection to his back toes.
PERFECT! Our border collie quickly got used to the one he had to wear on his front paw,it fitted closely and comfortably without being too tight and it stayed on ,even on rough country walks. It washed easily and dried quickly on the radiator.
Ordered these boots xxl for my dog who has interdigital toe cysts, they are of excellent quality for the price, unfortunately they were too small for my dog so packed them ready for return, after contacting Zooplus for return code not only was I advised of refund being made but not to return item but donate to an animal charity of which I have done, how many companies would do that I wonder! probably not many, so Thank you very much to all your staff, Well Done!
My 17 month goldie split his paw and these boots were a saviour. They stayed on when out and about and he is very active. Even the vet was impressed. Bought size 7 perfect. Not a waste of money!
Our 13yr old Boxers pads are cracked and splayed which made walking extremely painful for him especially on rocky surfaces, these boots have transformed his walk. The boots last about 6 - 8 months before they start showing wear and tear and need replacing, because we only use them for his front paws we have a spare set so only need to replace them once a year which for the price is a bargain. The Velcro straps keep them very secure, we found size XXL a perfect comfortable fit. Recommend.
I bought these boots for my Labrador age nine He has problems with sore paws and after just a short walk would begin to limp. These boots solved all his problems no more limping even after a long walk I would recommend these boots they are well made and very easy to put on top product and top price the large size fits well.
I got size 5 for my 2 1/2 year old Staffy, but found they came off her front paws frequently when she was running about playing fetch. I tried on one boot first, then added another, so she wouldn't notice too much when focused on the ball. I found them easy to put on and to do up. I rang asked Zooplus for advice about getting a larger size and the lady said she thought the larger size would also come off.
Purchased size 5 for our old staffy who drags his back paws causing them to bleed. Easy to put on & they stay on securely with Velcro fastenings. He accepted them straight away. No more bleeding paws & as 4 in a pack we have a spare pair.
Bought these for our ancient terrier who has begun to lose power in her hips and so drags her foot which causes her claws to wear to the quick. With these wee boots on her back legs she comes out for walk with us again and stays part of our pack. The shoes are really well made, sturdy and stay on. They're not cumbersome nor do they make her walk clumsily -anything but. I would readily recommend these, easily as good as ruff wear which we've also bought.
After trying many different dog boots on my Labrador i deiced to try these and there great they stay on when running and keep her paws clean unlike many other boots iv tried great value for money my lab is 22 months old and the large ones fit well.
My Springer is currently attending the vet for a deep gash in his leg which needed stitching. Obviously this involved having his foot and leg bandaged during the healing process which in turn gave rise to the problem of keeping the dressing dry. Having tried a number of home-made ways of doing this with very limited success I discovered these boots and sent off for them with no great expectations - how wrong can you be! The boots are well designed and stay on the feet firmly and by putting a plastic bag over the dressing before fitting the boot all my problems have gone and I can now walk him virtually anywhere regardless of terrain or whether it's wet.
amazing boots they stay on when running around the fields started using them because my 2 year old lab started to tear of her paw pads when walking but these boots stop that from happening and keeps her paws clean.
I bought a size 3 for my French Bulldog and they fit perfectly. I was afraid she wouldn't accept them, but after a couple of minutes of jumping about, she was fine. She is wearing one boot at the moment and she runs about with the other dogs quite happily when we go for a walk. No sign of it coming off either! Really brilliant boots!! Thanks Zooplus!
I own a pair of Ruffwear boots which retail for about £70. These boots are very similar, the soles maybe a little thinner but have the advantage of two straps over the ruffwear one. For a fraction of the price they are fantastic. Would recommend over the Ruffwear just for value, at this price you don't mind loosing one though with double straps that't unlikely if you ensure the right fit
got these today and all i can say is they are fabulous, was worried they would come off no chance! two sturdy velco straps to keep them snug, fast delivery and a wee freebie...thanks so much, cant rave about these enough. Tip on measuring, i made Penny stand on a piece of paper and put a pencil mark on each side, made it easy to size, i got a large for her, shes a stocky staffy with quite a wide paw, so glad i got these
My dog had a cut on the pad of his paw and kept licking it making it worse. These booties are absolutely great for keeping the dirt out and stopping the licking therefore allowing the pad to heal nicely. I thought the boots would easily come off the paw as they don't come up the ankle very far but they stay securely 'put'. Solidly made (like mini trainers) but very flexible. Absolutely ideal and VERY good value!
Having read the other reviews I erred on the side of caution and ordered 4 different sizes for my elderly greyhound who suffers from recurring corns. He has narrow feet but long toes and nails (no they don't need cutting he has long quicks). I too decided that the XXL-size 7 were the size for him. I have tried many other expensive boots like therapaw and neopaws that are almost £20 each boot, so didn't expect these Zooplus boots to be much cop as they work out to be £3.50 per boot BUT I was very pleasantly surprised, out of all the different ones I have tried I think these are the best. They came into their own on Saturday when my young lurcher cut his pad whilst running and had to have an anaestetic and stitches, I put one of these boots on and it has kept his bandage lovely and dry.I also like the fact I could return the unwanted unworn ones free of charge after a simple fone call to customer services for a returns reference number.Brilliant service all round!
hi my dog bruno is 15 suffer with arthritus hip problems inoticed when walking on pavement was not likling it took vet his right hip is stiff drags foot he had have all his nails on right back leg quarterized since bought boots has realy helped him along with vets treatmants is walking ok for his age condition no more nasty nails down to quiff so i highly recomend these boots to any dog owner with dog my agge etc fantastic solution and bruno a much happier dog
Our greyhound has had several corns removed from one of his back paws. As a result he is reluctant to walk on rough ground. I have been looking for some sturdy boots for him to use on such terrain and found these Sports boots. Having read the reviews I ordered the XXL. I am delighted to report that they are brilliant. He has worn one on this paw a couple of times and has trotted about quite comfortably. It has stayed on thanks to the superb adjustable velcro fastening. Our neighbours are now going to order some for their greyhound.
My six-year old Daschund cross slipped a disc in March and became paraplegic. Being a miracle dog, he recovered over the next few months to the point that the only thing wrong is that he is weak in this hind legs and drags his back feet a little. When walking on pavement, he dragged his feet so badly that he started to take the skin off them, they were so sore. Bought him these boots and there's no stopping him now! He can walk as far as he used to (back legs get very tired though!) with no problems and people always comment on his little booties! Very good quality product, will be repurchasing when he wears these ones out!
Our Trailhound injured her paw - quite a deep but very small cut on the pad which took a very long time to heal - these have been invaluable. They are beautifully made, made to last, and fit her perfectly .I did get extra large on the advice of another review, and these are a perfect size - this is the largest available, which seems odd. I can highly recommend these.
After a hip operation my yellow lab has been dragging her paw ,scuffing the pad and wearing down the nail . These boots are fantastic ,with double fastenings they fit very well and stay on even in filthy muddy conditions and the hard rubber soles protect her pad and nails. I have bought 3 sets and I`m very pleased and recommend this product.
I have a 13 year old terrier cross. Over the years his paws have become sensitive and sore, he chews and licks them every time we came back from a walk. I ordered these boots and thought he would stand there like a lemon and not move, how wrong was I, I can't keep up with him now and they stay on when he sprints past me. I am so impressed with the quality, price, fit and speedy delivery and will definitely be buying him another set!!!! Well done zooplus I am very impressed :-)
I bought these for my greyhound. He has corns on his front paw .These have stopped him from limping and being uncomfortable when going for a walk on pathways and roads now
COMFY and stay on do up secure, because i realized they were too small so had to order bigger pair, these are breathable which is good for feet in summer and light so they dont trip like some other big boots that are made , my dog even went down stairs in them , customer service is exceptional . shoes these are ideal for summer , make sure you measure and allow some room to move paws spread. These are very good for summer as will not make feet sweat. My dogs claws are short so need these for them to grow back they tighten up great too my 7 month old dog got used to them just put them on at door and out we went she didnt have time to think and after 1 min she was walking normally,
