kooa ultrasonic tick protection

My dog has black, short to medium-length fur with both curly and straight sections, and it’s really hard to spot ticks in there, so I was hoping this product would work. I’ve tested it from March 2026 until now, and unfortunately, I’ve had to remove several ticks from her and have even found some fully engorged ones. Not recommended as tick protection. Still, I’m giving it 2 stars because it makes a good night light for evening walks.
