I’m not sure what is inside , and what caused the trouble. My dog is on the wild food very long time and never had problems. I wanted to try something new and have a go to this mobility food from wild range. Never seen my dog as sick. Wasted money absolutely

I don't recommend it, they've changed the formula for the worse but kept the price of the old, high-quality one. And they're calling it a NEW PRODUCT.

We were very happy with the kibble until the recipe changed. Since then, our dog has had digestive problems (diarrhoea). We stopped using it and now everything is fine. We're switching to another brand. For this price, there are plenty of other, higher-quality kibbles on the market. I don't recommend it.

I've been buying this food for my dog for over 5 years. He used to wolf it down and it was great, but the last time I bought it (unlucky me, it was a 24kg bag all at once), he didn't like it anymore, he left food in his bowl, seemed more tired, and his farts were awful—so bad they woke us up at night. We switched to a different brand and now his farts don't smell, he loves the new food, and eats it all up again. It's a real shame to see such a drastic drop in quality, especially since the price stayed the same!

Read the ingredients carefully... they've reduced the amount of fresh chicken by 13%, from 40% down to 25%... this caused digestive problems for our female dog... same packaging, worse ingredients... a completely different product!!!! The manufacturer is unreliable...

I chose your brand based on its ingredients, specifically the 40% fresh meat content. Your "new recipe" now only contains 25%! In fact, all your new recipes have drastically reduced the amount of fresh meat. As a result, I’ll keep ordering as long as I can find the old recipe (other than salmon and lamb), but after that, I’m switching brands… At this price, it’s just not worth it anymore. My dog deserves better than this!!

I've been feeding this food for a really long time, because out of the whole range... it was the best. But the last order arrived and it was immediately clear that these weren't the same pellets we ordered – they were bigger, and obviously it wasn't just the size that changed. Our female dog has had diarrhoea for a week now, she's eating grass and vomiting... we haven't given her anything else, we haven't changed any of her usual products. So it's obvious there's something wrong with these pellets. This isn't the first time it's happened with this brand – it happened before when we switched her to the beef soft pellets.

We’ve been using this variety for years as a change from the other WoW bags. Our dog always really liked it, but the new recipe is noticeably less tasty and doesn’t satisfy him. It’s a real shame that there are significantly fewer animal ingredients now, and the kibble is strangely smooth and hard.

Since the recipe changed, these kibbles have made my dogs sick. Digestive issues, very painful in their stomachs. My dogs back away from the smell of the kibbles, which shows there’s something wrong with the ingredients. My dogs refuse to eat these kibbles.

Why did you change the ingredients in this recipe? It used to be great, with real quality and my dog tolerated it well. Now, you can clearly see a drop: less protein from fresh meat, more processed ingredients—such a shame... On top of that, the bag doesn’t have a zip anymore, so it’s much less practical. I’ve been ordering this brand for years, but with the quality going down and the price going up, I’m really disappointed... Not sure I’ll keep buying it.

I’ve been giving this kibble to my Labrador for many years and she used to love it, but ever since they changed the formula, it’s been absolutely terrible. Her poo is bad, she seems depressed, and she lets out awful rotten-smelling farts. I absolutely don’t recommend it anymore. You can tell the kibble pieces are much more puffed up than before, like they’re fermented or something. I’m not giving her this anymore, and on top of that, Zooplus sold me the new formula when I bought the old one, so I got tricked and lost 3 packs of 12kg.
