It’s empty in here!
My dog is allergic to fowl and has a rather sensitive stomach. After extensive research I decided on AATU. This 80/20 mix of fish food is the ideal solution. He simply loves his kibble! The high quality of the food means my dog is healthy and boasts an amazing fur. I've been using this food for over a year now, and he still can't get enough of it. In addition, the kibble size is small, so it is the ideal size for training and to put in treat toys etc.
I have two pugs, one of which has very bad allergies & has to take 1.5 steroid tablets a day, I changed to this food from Purina Sensitive as I could actually understand everything that's in the ingredients. I now only have to give her half a tablet a day & hoping to come off them completely... It does make them have a slight odour but I'd rather they had that than suffer with itchy sore skin.
Have seen a noticeable difference with my Golden Retrievers coat since moving onto this food even from the AATU chicken. His stools are firmer too and his weight nice and stable. It’s not a cheap food but it is quality and really it still works out at less than £1.50 a day to feed a 30kg retriever.
My fussy 4 year old GSD has been on another good 80/20 (Simpsons) for 3 years. It was a good food - but she ate it reluctantly. I gave AATU a try last month (Duck variety) and she practically stuck her head in the bag to get it. She loves it - there were no tummy troubles in the changeover. Top marks.
Just changed my dogs (age 7&9) onto this product after reading all the positive reports on it. It is expensive but with the reduced quantity required its relative for an excellent product. The Zooplus offer was realy good so I will be ordering more as my dogs love it, no waiting around with this food, delivery was easy and fast. Excellent product and excellent price
Both my staffie and bulldog love this food nothing is ever left in the bowl and although it seems expensive you only feed them smaller quanties . Excellent product would certainly recommend
Our cocker is 11 and for a good part of her life she suffered from bloating, runny poo, and sometimes stomach cramps. We fed her a top quality dry dog food all her life. Since finding Aatu last year she has not looked back. She is a different dog. Much livelier, and none of the above mentioned problems. Ok. It is more expensive but she requires less weight of food than with the other food. We are not back and forth to the vet as often and she does not need any medication. Delighted.
I have bought all kinds of dog food for my fussy eater cocapoo. I think the AATU IS THE BEST quality in the market. And even if he leaves it for a morning or so, he always goes back to it. I prefer giving him something good quality, than a poor quality that he may gobble.
Our 8 yr. old rescue rotti had colitis and very loose runny poohs, culminating in him passing just blood with what appeared to be lumps of liver in it. Vet could not find clear cause and thought he would put him on a "special" food. I thought my dog would be better on a more natural food and after searching the internet found AATU. I started him on fish and then tried chicken and duck. All are eaten with relish and now about 3 months on, his poohs are normal, coat glossy & thick.
Not sure why this food has been given such poor reviews. Our Siberian Husky is a VERY fussy eater and we had previously only fed her with Orijen Six Fish but she became bored and disinterested in the food after a few months, eating it was always the last resort. After searching around for another high quality 80/20 dry food we found AATU and tried the Duck and Salmon and Herring flavours...not expecting our husky to like the fish one, she loved it the most and always devours her bowl!
for 3 years i could not find a dog food that suited my dog and one that i was happy to feed her then aatu came along and from that day its all she eats yes it may seem pricey but you have to feed so little of it that if you compare it to a cheaper alternative you would have to feed double so it works out cheaper to feed aatu.
My dog's always eaten Burns - initially mixed the two together and she would do crazy for the AATU. Great stuff
We usually feed our malamute Orijen but tried AATU as they were sold out of Orijen and AATU came highly recommended on another site. We ordered 2 bags, one duck and one fish to try and give him some variety as I think he was getting bored eating the same flavour Orijen (13kg) for weeks at a time. The AATU bags were 10kg each so we got 20kg for the same price as the 1x 13kg Orijen bag. It was nice to see the AATU bags come with a handy zip lock and as soon as we opened the bags we could tell our Malamute was going to like both flavours. We started with a small handful of both and he devoured them as if they were treats. He then gobbled down a serving of each, one after the other. It is still early days but from our initial experience I'd say our puppy is the opposite of the last review.
my 3 huskies wont touch there acana now since they tried this food. they love it so much and want more. they even eat the salmon which they wont with other foods so realy good quality food and will be sticking with it from now on
This is the best kibble for you dog. We got this from a superstore to try as we had never heard of it before and looked good. Will only be purchasing it from here now. Got 30kgs and it's an absolute bargain!!!!!!! The dogs loved it!! We have 7 and they could not wait for us to put their bowls down. It smells nice and because it is full of good ingredients, they have less too! 5*s from our mutts! Photos to follow.
