Da sick cage for ma ham
Dis cage is bear sick for ma fam the ham!
Heidi's Hamster Heaven
Heidi my syrian hamster loves this new cage! She absolutely adores the big wheel and spends lots of time running. I think the tunneling in the picture going from the pent house over the top of the cage and onto the pink level is far too long, and can(according to other reviews)cause hamsters to pee down the tubes so I made the tunnels much shorter. Some people have said the tunnels are too small, but I disagree, as Heidi- a small/medium sirian can turn around in them. This is overal a great cage, and Heidi loves the space and toys!
found solution to water bottle but need tube stoppers
This is an excellent cage apart from one problem. There is no way of being able to remove the tubes as you're left with 2 holes in the top of the cage!!
I can't find any stoppers for sale either.
I've seen other people complaining about the water bottle but if you fill it right to the top and fix it to the cage upright it stops leaking. Air bubbles cause it to leak.
EPIC CAGE!!!!!!
First of all, I am ten years old! I bought this cage knowing the measurements of the cage. it was massive! my hamster Bingo absolutely loves the cage. She is a normal size syrian hamster and can turn around in the tubes. It has a big front door with easy access. The penthouse on the top of the cage is bigger than it looks in the picture, with a secure door locked on. The problem I had with the other cage, was Bingo loved kicking all the sawdust about in the cage, which meant it went everywhere! it is not a problem with this cage. Now she has tonnes of room to play in with space for toys.
EPIC CAGE!!!!

brilliant cage
I bought this cage for my Syrian hamster Millie wanting to provide her with more space as her old cage was awfully small I felt guilty. I was delighted with the cage when it came my first impression was wow it is gigantic. It was fairly easy to set up. once set up I instantly fell in love with it my hamster was really pleased with all of the space and toys. I love both the platforms. the big door is super handy for getting toys in and out of the cage. The water bottle was really leaking so I put her old water bottle back in. I love the idea of the penthouse and tubes so does my hamster but it is a bit annoying when food and bedding fall out into the tubes. It was great that it came with a potty I potty trained her really easily. I really love this cage I think that it is perfect for Syrian hamsters.

Fantastic!
I have been searching almost 4 months for the perfect hamster cage because I am an animal lover and I am very disturbed by the size if the cages that pet shops sell for you to keep your hamster in as they are tiny.
Most cages are cheap and plasticy yet really expensive and are a real task to build and clean out when you have all these interconnecting tubes with little ventilation. I think they are gross and overpriced especially when you don't have enough money or space to buy a cage with loads of add-ons. The savic cage comes with everything you need to start your hamster off and that comes within the cost of the cage. It meets the RSPCA CAGE SIZE STANDARD WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT! It has loads of space for toys and extra housing so that your hamster can't get bored. If you did want to add more tubes all you have to do is buy some box connectors and add them in as you please. Easy to access your hamster for you to train it and also lots of privacy for your hamster if he/she needs more light, less light, quite, noisy, cozy,ir open open space. Also it's not cheap plastic it's good quality and I also find that the colours are really nice but not too bright. If you want to give your hamster the best quality of life then buy this cage! HIGHLY RECOMEND.

Good!
I think this cage is AWESOME! It meets the RSPCA criteria for the cgae size, only downside is that it does take a while to put one of the shelves on!! But apart from that its all good:)

Lovely mansion - beware of penthouse breeding laziness!!!
Pros:
Massive cage with high quality accessories, plenty of room to put in lots of toys and change things about on a regular basis. Large front door makes access a lot easier, deep base means no sawdust gets kicked out of the cage. If you don't have time to take your pet out you don't feel quite so guilty as there is so much room inside the cage.
Cons:
Penthouse and tubes are a great idea but unfortunately I've now kept two hamsters (separately!!) in this cage and both have moved entirely up to the penthouse and peed down into the tubes instead of getting up and moving about. Even at night they have been significantly less active than when in a smaller cage. I note that other customers have had the same problem. Although it is a lovely idea the tubes and penthouse seem to breed laziness which actually can be very detrimental to your pet's health. I've removed the penthouse to try and encourage my hamster to be more active and actually use the downstairs element of the cage.
The base is arguably too deep - it is very difficult to find anywhere to clip a wheel on to that will also be within reach (stand alone wheels are no use as they just fall over) so you have to clip it on at the green level (the pink one is too high up). A standard size wheel fits and no more - I prefer to buy the larger rat sized ones for comfort. If my hamster grows to be a larger than average hamster I may have to remove the green level, place a rat wheel in and buy something to assist her in actually reaching the wheel as it'll still be too high up to reach. The ladders are too steep (a comment made by others) but hamsters climb anyway so will soon find an alternative to this by using the bars.
All in all this is a brilliant cage but I've been surprised at how each hamster I've had in it does not actually utilise the full space so perhaps the cambridge cage would be a cheaper alternative if you are still hesitating on the price. I've had the cambridge cage before and it is also very spacious. Only downside to that one is the lack of a large front access door.
Awesome Cage!
This cage is huge. It looks much bigger than the picture; my little Toby looks so small inside of it!
The only issue I've had is one of the handles snapped while I was carrying it up to my bedroom. If my hamster had been inside of it when the handle snapped, it could have ended bandly. So, watch out for that little problem.
I'm going to take out the green shelf and replace it with a Savic Corner Platform, simply because the green one isn't all that practical. If it was solid without the holes built into the design, it would have been perfect. I knew that when I was buying it, though.
Oh; I don't like to use wheel stands as they can easily be knocked over by the hamster so I always opt for putting it on the bars. However, because the base is so deep, you have to have the wheel up incredibly high for it to not rub against the plastic. You'll have to put something underneath the wheel so your hamster can reach.

Hamster Heaven!
Any hamster would be delighted to occupy this spacious cage - puts others to shame! Well constructed and well thought out.
one of the best cages on the market
I love the Savic Hamster Heaven, we have two. It meets all recommended cage guidelines and provides a wonderful habitat for your hamster. The door is large to provide easy access. It has plenty of space for toys and a large wheel and is a very study cage. The tubes might not be big enough for very large Syrians but it is still a great cage without the tubes on.
HUGE!!!
Our female syrian Daisy was kept in the ferplast mini duna for the past 5 months, just watching her outgrow the cage so rapidly we decided to go for this one, the picture doesnt do it any good, but this cage is massive, we can now put all of her toys in here instead of rotating them week to week in her old cage. She took to the cage straight away and is waking up even earlier to play, the wheel that comes with it is perfect for syrians, nice and big. Cannot fault this cage in any way except that it doesnt come with instructions but a bit of common sense fixes that problem. The cage is well worth the price zooplus is asking (and more) best cage you will find for syrians, definitely buying another for when i get another syrian.

Assembley
excellent delivery came only a few days after we ordered not sure if my hamster likes it yet we only just made it one problem is that it didn't come with instructions and none on the internet so we had to use a picture to try and figure it out but it looks good though it is MASSIVE! you need to have the space. just replaced a ovo habitrail I would recommend hamster heaven (if you have the space of course)

Love it and so do the hamsters!
Just replaced the ovo habitrail with this cage. So much space for the hamsters to roam in and not as much risk of escaping hamsters! Would highly recommend. One downside is it is very big so need to ensure you have somewhere to put it. The other problem with such a big cage is the amount of sawdust and straw required on cleaning day it does come with a toilet (and litter) but not seen evidence of them using it yet. Anyone know how to train a hamster?!

Cage review
I have kept an adult female Syrian hamster in this cage since December, She loves it! AT first, i had the tubes and penthouse on but found the tubes a squeeze even for a baby Syrian! (My hamster is tiny for a fully grown syrian) I later took the tubes and penthouse off and replaced these with the stoppers. Luckily, I was by the cage when my hamster managed to push the yellow connectors to the side and that was big enough for her to fit through! Tins are now on top of these so the stoppers dont move out of place. Apart from that, This cage is magnificent! Huge doors, sturdy bars and its HUGE! It was a lot wider than i thought; i also have an 8 inch hamster ball in this cage and there is still plenty of room! I think its slightly overpriced, but good for the sturdy accesories that come with the cage. I would recommend this cage for adult dwarf hamsters, or Syrians as long as the tubes are removed. You can leave the tubes on, i felt that I felt happier without them. Zooplus delivered this cage in perfect condition and my hamsters happy. Id give this cage a 7/10.
a few hick ups
Hey so I am going to be super critical here. I chose this cage because I thought it would give my Syrian Lots of interest, it met the rspca size standards and it came with two shelves as opposed to one like most cages this size. As soon as it arrived I started having second thoughts. although it is a nice cage I wanted to put larger hamster toys and a rat wheel in it and felt this would be a bit of a squish. I have had my hamster in it two days and although I am sure most hamsters will be fine in it but I have had a couple of problems. she has made a nest in the penthouse which is great but because she tends to lie in at night it's hard to get her out because she just hides in the tubes. I have also noticed she is now peeing in her penthouse. As a result I am now going to be removing the tubes and penthouse which is a shame because they seemed like such a good feature. I have read some other people have had similar problems. The good thing is that the cage does come with tube blocker so as an owner you can make this choice yourself. the cage can also be easily rearranged or move a level for bigger wheels and toys to go in it. other good points is the cage is really sturdy and well built. It has a lovely big front door as well for easy cage access. with all these points, In hindsight I wish I had gone for a simpler cage for less money. hope this review may help people when trying to decide between this one and a cheaper model

Brilliant Hamster Home!
Our hamster loves his new home! He has so much space and seems very happy.
Delivery by parcel force was great, very quick delivery.
My nay criticism is there are no instructions for assembly so you have to work from the very small picture.

Fab house for Taylor
Our hamster, Taylor, loves her penthouse home x we had to take the ladder and slide out as she could not use them x I put the tube from her old house under one hole and her old bed house under the other one so she can easily step up through the holes x she sleeps a lot day and night but we bought one of the big wheels which fits in fine and we don't hear it at night x I know she uses it if I can't sleep x I put one of the wooden ladders across the cage as well so she uses that to go and get a drink on the green pathway x she also uses her posh toilet x all in all Taylor loves her mansion x the only fault about it is the pink platform isn't flat and since Taylor likes to clean herself there she sometimes falls down the hole where the small dish was x all in all it's a fab house for a hamster x I would say that Taylor loves it and is a very happy hamster x
