Balanced, grain-free complete food for adult cats aged 1–6 years, made with only fresh meat and natural taurine, completely free from colourings and preservatives, and containing no soya.
Cats love meat because it reflects their natural diet. Plant-based ingredients alone are unsuitable for a species-appropriate and natural diet, as cats cannot obtain or absorb all essential nutrients from them. Furthermore, cereals are a common cause of food intolerances and are often difficult to digest.

For this reason, animonda Carny Adult contains no cereals in its recipe. Soya, which also has a high allergenic potential, is likewise excluded. Only fresh meat ingredients such as heart, lung, muscle meat and liver are used as valuable sources of protein. These particularly high-quality animal proteins also provide your feline friend with natural taurine – an amino acid essential for cats. Taurine supports normal heart function and healthy vision. As cats cannot produce sufficient taurine themselves, it must be supplied through their diet.

No artificial colours or preservatives are added. Enriched with important vitamins and minerals, this food provides your cat with everything it needs for a balanced and complete diet.

My kitten goes ballistic crazy over it

Bought the adult cans by accident instead of the ones for kitten, my 5 months old DSH doesn't care. Starts to meow loud on the kitchen counter sniffing where I normally place his food and I know he's looking for this. Daily routine is the same, some dry food during the day then in the evening I put half a can for him he eats like he is being starved to death for weeks, licks bowl clean, cleans himself then takes a Power Nap with belly full :D

not as before

I always bought a lot of Carny, various tastes, and my cat was very happy with, no problems at all. Now the tins come not tightened and I had to claim for. It happened 3 times. My cat had vomit after the first tin but only because I didn't see immediately that the tin had lost the vacuum sealing. I hope that Zooplus will do something with the producer.

Cats love the taste but it gave 1 of them diarrhoea

We have 2 cats, both of which love the taste of the Beef, Chicken & Duck Hearts- however it gave one of our cats diarrhoea for weeks, I assume because of the high offal content. Be careful

So good you want to eat it yourself! Corned beef smell.

I am actually vegan but everytime I open this I get that inner caveman come out that's how good this smells! Cats LOVE it....it's easy to cut up and great value I'd say.

Very pleased

My persian stud boy loves his food but also seems to drink a lot of water. After feeding this meat to him there was a big change in him in as little as 4 days he ate less dry food and therefore drank less water his bib is dry and his eyes do not water as much as they did. He already ate grain free dry food but different kinds of wet food. Because of the change in him I will now only feed him this which he seems to love anyway and is hardly eating any dry food I would recommend this product

I was very worried about switching my kittens food, I definitely wanted her to be eating a higher meat content which this food has, after a lot of research this brand has come out on top with affordability and quality. I needn't have worried she absolutely loves it, her appetite is better than ever and it's smells not to bad too. 5*

Fussy cat loves this

My fussy British Short Hair loves this stuff! Originally he used to ear Catz Finefood - then oddly went off of it, then we switched him to Feringa which he loved but got bored of. Now this, whenever I open a tin he goes crazy for it and devours the lot!

Great food, happy cat

You never know if a cat is going to take to a food (not matter how expensive it might be) but I have had great success with this so far. I have recently adopted a big ginger boy and wanted to get him some decent quality food but something I could afford. I have tried him with the pure beef, beef and chicken, and turkey and rabbit (although still mainly beef based). He has loved them all. He does seem to have ended up eating more the guideline amounts. I will keep an eye on this to make sure it is right for him and that hopefully I have not been over feeding him.

Ideal canned food

There aren't many canned cat foods that have this excellent amount of actual meat in it, no useless extras. Next best from fresh meat, my cats really like this as a change in their raw meats diet.

Pure beef = Happy kitty!

My cat is far more enthusiastic about the Pure Beef than he is about any other food. He almost bites my hands off when I feed him, he's so eager! Excellent for cats that don't like fish, and to add some variety to a poultry-heavy diet.
