Large breed dogs have specific nutritional needs, thanks to their large body size and high activity levels. Concept for Life Large Adult is a scientifically-based dry food for dogs over the age of 15 months. It contains glucosamine and chondroitin sulphate to help support joint health, as well as offering a balanced calorie content and high-quality protein to help support weight maintenance.
The recipe of this Concept for Life Large Adult can help to support skin and coat health, thanks to its omega-3 and -6 fatty acid content from salmon- and sunflower oils.

Very pleased

I have finally found a kibble which my rescue greyhound really enjoys. Although I have only been using this for a few weeks I have seen a marked difference in her coat and stools. Fingers crossed she doesn’t start to get bored with it like everything else :)

Amazing food

Finally found a food that offers value for money. My Boxer loves eating it and his fur, muscle tone, and toilet routine are all in perfect order. Now I'm hoping there won't be any change to the recipe or price. Like with exclusion.

Took a chance on a large bag

Concept for Life is indeed premium, with no wheat, rice or maize "packing". My greyhounds often reject kibble so I was pleasantly surprised by their ready acceptance of this food. After a few days their dandruff (annual winter coat moulting!) cleared up and their stools became smaller than before. I wish there were other flavours in large adult but you can't have everything!

Superb

After 2 years with pro plan, our German Shorthaired Pointer still had trouble keeping a healthy weight, he ate without appetite, and tended to lose weight. We went to this kibble, and in a few weeks we already see him less skinny, and he finally eats his bowl with joy! We are pleased

Delicious food for my dog Bob

Bob was on Royal cannin which my last labrador loved but it didn't quite suit him so I was impressed by the write up and decided to send for some Concept for life and guess what he absolutely loves it and looking at his stools it is suiting his digestion as well. Well done all at Cocept for life. Brilliant.

Recommended

This is a great kibble, lots of nutrients and a great price. My woody is fairly fussy but has eaten all of this food about 90% of the time, I would recommend it.

Not to my dogs taste

No issues with the product at all. It's a good food for the price. Unfortunately, my extremely fussy dog wouldn't touch it. Had a sniff of it and that was it. (Another brand of food off to dog rescue.)

Too rich

Started my labrador on this last week with high hopes but, unfortunately, her flatulence came back and I have had to go back to her other food. It looks as though her digestion couldn't cope with it so, sorry, won't be buying again.

Great food

I mixed this with my dogs original food so I could introduce it slowly. Both dogs picked out the large chunks from their bowls and eat those first. Both of them loved it.
