Fully-grown, active ferrets have special requirements specific to their species and need more nutrients than other carnivores like cats.The high-grade ingredients used in Totally Ferret Active are specially tuned to the specific metabolism of fully-grown, active ferrets, providing a well-balanced diet that meets your pet's needs. Totally Ferret Active is delicious and easy to digest, and is also especially well-suited for show ferrets.
- Strong muscles: high quality proteins and essential amino acids build strong muscles. Totally Ferret Active Ferret Food contains at least 36% raw protein of which 89% is from animals.
- Lecithin-carnitine: lecithin and carnitine have a wide variety of functions. Most importantly, they support the exchange of fat for energy thus improving energy use.
- Reduced smell: the use of selected components specifically geared to ferrets reduces the strong, inherent smell of ferrets and their faeces
- Excellent taste: the combination of high quality raw ingredients, a gentle cooking process and the special shape of the biscuits mean that this food enjoys a high rate of acceptance among ferrets
- Supple coat: the suitable, outstanding composition of ingredients, valuable proteins and effective vitamins and trace elements form a good basis for a glossy, soft coat and smooth fur

Not happy
i found this feed doesn't smell very nice, like the floor of a dirty poultry house, and my ferrets really don't like it at all, they have lost weight and never clean up their bowl, I won't be buying it again.

Excellent product
Very good product with the proper amount of proteins and fats. Have used it for 3 years and my ferrets are very healthy and lively, coats are shiny and stools have always been normal.It is also very palatable.

if you care you will buy this!
deciding to change science ferret food to this was one of the best things I ever did! It is only the third week my babies are eating this but you can already tell how well it works! My girl's coat (who's over a year) has never been as beautiful and shiny and full as it is now! She is hyper, happy and loves the food and usually she gets picky once it comes to food.
My 3months old also looks happy even though I am sad I could not feed them on separate bags. (this for 1 year old and baby pack for 3 months old)

one of the best ferrets food brands on the market
There's a lot of dud brands on the market but this one really does the trick. Now my three ferrets is always healthy, have glossy fur and go wild for this food.
