essegi triple cagebought this cage for our six guinea pigs who live in twos inside at night.unfortunately they didnt understand the concept of being able to move through the levels and so we wanted to buy base plates for the two upper cages as one of the guinea pigs actually fell through the hole which is right in the centre of the base but it seems you cant actually buy them :{,my husband is now going to have to make something to cover the two upper holes which is a bit annoying when you look at how much we paid .The sawdust does fall through straight away too so you would need to make some kind of lip to prevent this happening.I would also suggest sanding the floor of each one prior to putting any animal in as my pets were slipping because the floor has no grip.Other than that this cage is great plenty of room for two little animals in each level and such a brilliant space saver,access to each cage is really good and it seems to be solid with very little movement,the castors on the frame are a great idea too.It was very easy to assemble and took about twenty minutes.I feel that it is expensive when you compare it to buying three individual cages but I suppose we are not going to use it for the purpose for which it was designed.The quality is not quite as good as the cages we had but overall I am glad that we bought it and would definitely recommend it to a friend

Huge cage, suitable small rabbits or guinea pigsThis cage is absolutely brilliant. The thought and design that has gone into this cage is excellent. Its absolutely huge and very sturdy-my skinny pigs are lost in it! The wheels and the frame that the cage sits on are strong and it wheels about nicely to clean underneath. I have made mine into three individual cages by covering the holes where the ladders should go up to the next floor. Just one tiny critisism to make, the floors of the trays are very smooth and my skinny pigs slip and slide on them when they run. Need to think of something to line them with to stop this happening. Just want to take this opportunity of thanking ZOOPLUS.CO.UK for a second to none service. I sincerely cannot fault this company. Fast,free delivery,almost instant replies to questions and queries and an amazingly helpful service in response to my cage arriving slightly damaged - which I might add happened in transit- absolutely nothing to do with Zooplus. I would highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to shop from them again. Thank you! Do your pets a favour and buy one of these for them!!

good for (adult) rats tooI ordered the cage on the advice of my rat breeder when I was searching for enough space for my four male rats. The cage arrived within 3 days. It was really easy to put everything together. The cage is sturdy and the wheels are very practical - the boys really like it too. The ramp isn't too steep for rats and the high edges of the base stop hay and bedding getting thrown out of the sides. Like I said: this only works for adult rats as the babies could fall through the bars. That said, I haven't find any comparable cages that fulfill the needs of rats. Two thumbs up!

plenty of space for twoWe got this cage two weeks ago for our two dwarf rabbits. Delivery was quick and in immaculate condition. We've made some slight changes to the steps so its easier for our bunnies to get upstairs.
