Due to very high demand, it is currently very busy in the sorting centres of our delivery partners and deliveries may take a couple of days longer than usual.
Dispatch confirmation and Track & Trace
As soon as your package has been packed in our warehouse we will send you the shipping confirmation by e-mail. In this e-mail you will find the track & trace link to track your parcel at the delivery service.
Please note that due to the large amount of traffic it may take longer before the track & trace information is available as your parcel still needs to be picked up by the delivery service at our warehouse and then processed at the sorting centre. After the first scan has been made in the sorting centre, the track & trace information will be updated for the first time.
