Nutrition plays a crucial role in the healthy development of puppies, especially in very small dog breeds. Royal Canin X-Small Puppy has, therefore, been specially developed to meet the unique needs of very small breed puppies. It is specifically aimed at puppies aged 2-10 months, with very small breeds, typically comprising dogs weighing less than 4kg when fully grown.The dry food can support the development of the puppy's own body defences through a nutrient complex with vitamin E and C. The enrichment with omega-3 fatty acids (DHA) can promote brain development and thus help with the learning process during early puppy training. The combination of prebiotics (MOS) and highly digestible proteins helps to promote a balanced intestinal flora and healthy digestion.
