The cage arrived damaged, a cracked base, some crooked bars and the metal backing was bent in a few places making it difficult to assemble. I put it together anyway and found it's quite a flimsy cage. The doors are not very strong so anything bigger than a finch will be able to open it if they tried and the locking mechanism attaching the roof of the cage is weak. I assume the cage was damaged in transit and was willing to overlook it if the overall quality was good but it's not.

A really nice cage and affordable, but it's not very good quality. The bars started breaking in less than a year, which I don't think should happen because then the birds can get out.

Since you emailed me asking what my furry friend thought of the products I ordered, I'm happy to help. My furry friend doesn't like the cage at all. It's way too hard to reach the flying insects and much too small to live in.

Large and nice cage, easy to assemble.
