My pet did not like the product at all as it was smelling very bad.

As another poster has stated, my cat used to love Applaws but not any more. I even emailed them to express my disappointment, but they denied they've changed anything, which is ridiculous. The change in the food is patently obvious; apart from my cat's reaction, it looks totally different. You can't fool a cat (or its owner).

Applaws was my kitty’s favourite food until they decided the change the recipe on the fish variety. The quality has really gone down hill and my cat won’t go near it anymore. The food even smells awful, very salty, brine scent which was never there before. Please change back to the old product Applaws!!!! They are denying that they have changed anything but a number of other pet owners have noticed the same.

My cat made national news this week- he is three and a half, and survived a vicious and terrible attack from a local cat hunter. Samson was so healthy, so well fed, and so fit, that he survived TWO life threatening operations, and was strong enough to do so! I can not recommend Applaws enough!!!

We have six cats, ranging in age from 1 to 18 years. They don't agree about much, but they are obsessed with this food, which they get as a treat. And I can't really blame them. The tuna, for instance, looks worryingly similar to something a human would happily eat. This food isn't cheap, but the quality of the ingredients means it's reasonable value. I would recommend this stuff to cheer up any cat who has a poor appetite, is fussy or generally needs a boost.

my underweight failure to thrive kitten turned out to have a food allergy, probably lactose intolerance. After trying a variety of foods(most of which made him sick) we came across applaws and never looked back. He particularly likes the ocean fish and has one 70g tin a day to supplement his hills science plan biscuits. five years later, and hes loving it as much as ever. its worth paying the price to watch him lap it up and love it. the two dogs try there best to lick his whiskers afterwards.

We had previously been feeding our two 1 year old cats Lilly's kitchen when they suddenly stopped eating it. I wanted to keep feeding them something with a high meat content so after a lot of googling bought a multipack from my local pet shop and it was a resounding success! They get so excited that they try to start eating before I've even managed to put it into their bowls! now I know they'll eat it I buy it off here in bulk as it's the cheapest I've found it anywhere - delivery is good too!

Yes, the cats love it, BUT it is not a complete food it is just a complimentary food and as such is not adequate for constant feeding so you need to use this in conjunction with a complete food.

My very fussy 13 year old cat loves this, never anything left in the bowl. Considering he seemed to hate any food in jelly, it seems to be a totally different kind of jelly and compared to some other brands - is excellent stuff!

We chose this brand of wet food as it lists specifically meat composition, and low on grain to try and keep our cat healthy from diabetes. We supplement 1 can in the morning with Applaws dry food out all day and half a pouch of other wet food we're trying to finish the stock off in the evening. Our 4kg cat usually finishes most of the chicken, but some remnants that do remain tends to dry out when it's left out during the day and stick on the bowl so requires soaking.

My kittens absolutely love Applaws. When I fill their bowls they're so excited to dig in. My older kitten used to pick at her previous foods and seemed to eat out of necessity rather than enjoyment. Now her mealtimes are a highlight of her day. It's also comforting to know that my cats are eating actual meat.

I ordered the mix with sardines and mackerel because our cat loves fish, but she ended up throwing up this food every single time. Unfortunately, it was a bad purchase.

These are my princess's favourite fillets. Good price, 38 PLN per kilo of food, of which 75% is tuna, the rest is broth. There's a bit of rice, but it helps with hairballs. She gets it every few days and always eats it up. Alongside Wild Freedom, it's one of the few foods she never gets bored of and always eats eagerly. Judging by the smell and appearance, the contents of Applaws don't differ much from human food.

My cats, who are real pains when it comes to food, really like this brand (specifically the Sea Fish and the Tuna with Prawns flavours). The ingredients are shredded and come with some cooking broth.

The food is good quality and my cat likes it, but the packaging is terrible. The tin isn’t coated or protected on the inside; it’s just bare metal, which completely transfers a metallic taste to the food. It’s a disgrace that, with such a high price, this product still uses such poor packaging. There are other much cheaper brands on the market that pay attention to this detail and have perfectly protected tins inside. I won’t buy it again until they change the tin.

Our senior cat loves it, but since it contains rice and has a low fat content, she only gets it as a supplement to her dry food.

Unfortunately, my two cats consistently refuse to eat this food. I’m not sure if it’s just this particular order or in general. The food contains a lot of rice, so compared to Cosma, it doesn’t fare well.

My furry little ones love them, they're really high quality and have very good nutrients. For proper hydration, I mix them with kibble and their meal turns out really tasty. All Applaws products are great for your furry friend's health.

My cat really likes the tuna with crab. It has a natural smell, good texture, and she eats it with appetite. I recommend it!

For eleven years, this was my cat’s favourite dish, but now that’s changed and there’s too much rice in it. She doesn’t like it anymore, so I have to pick the rice out. That’s a shame, because before they changed the packaging and ingredients, she loved it. I hope they go back to the old recipe.

So far, they've tried three out of the four varieties in the pack and are really enjoying them.

This time the brand didn’t satisfy them, the amount was quite small and they left some behind, which isn’t like them. They prefer the tuna ones.
