Applaws Senior Cat Food 6 x 70g - cat wet food

She is not especially fussy as a rule, but never really enthusiastic about senior food we have bought before. She really liked the mixed pack of these, though.

The ring pulls are broken and come off in your hand. And a can opener won't open them either. I can send a picture if needed.

Zoé, 16 years old, has become really very fussy over the past few months—she turns away, doesn’t even taste anything... I’ve tried all the brands, all the mousses and more, but nothing worked. I was feeding her cooked chicken and tins of tuna. To my great surprise, she ate this little senior tin in two sittings. Fingers crossed it lasts!

The only canned food that works well for his sensitive stomach. It's more like a pâté (something like a spread) and he really likes it :)

Bought this food especially for my 16-year-old cat. Unfortunately, there were big bones in it!

My cat is 11 years old, he loves Applaws products, but he really hates these ones. He won’t eat them at all and I don’t understand why. The product looks and smells very good.

Brand not transparent about phosphorus content, which is dangerous for senior cats and/or those with kidney issues. After receiving the parcel, I wanted to check this, already put off by the "Made in Thailand" label. I exchanged emails with the brand, who said they "can’t verify the phosphorus level" but that I shouldn’t worry about it... This level can be dangerous for cats, so their answer is actually worrying, even for a complementary food!

Easy to lick, no stringy bits or lumps of jelly. Perfect for picky cats.

Very good, but he only likes the chicken. It's a shame they don't sell it separately.
