Conrad loves Gourmet, with several varieties – both this one with sauce, and also the one with vegetables.

The package arrived damaged. When I opened it, one corner was soggy and covered in a sticky liquid. This is not how an order should reach the customer. What a shame.

My cats love these pouches but the quality is inconsistent, and with the heat, some pouches burst and splatter all over the box. So I won’t be ordering anymore. They refunded me for the burst pouches but not for the inconvenience, and then several others ended up fermenting… such a shame.

My 5-year-old tomcat likes them and they suit him because of his dental problems. Small pieces of meat in sauce...

My cat doesn’t like the surf and turf mix, even though she likes the Gourmet brand.

We’ve been feeding this to our cat for years and she won’t eat anything else. But only the fish varieties. That’s why it’s great that these are available separately.

Each sachet is just sauce with barely any meat in it – we've never received such rubbish (quality) before. Every euro spent on this item is too much. This applies to the whole order. No matter where we buy Purina (Fressnapf, Amazon, etc.), this has never happened before. So, I won’t be ordering this product from you for my cats again. Since I’ve unpacked everything, returning it is only possible loose.

I often change her food to get her interested in eating, and this time we tried these—she likes them. I got the pack of 24, it seems really good value.

If I’m to believe the cat, there don’t seem to be any complaints about the food. Except that us humans aren’t quicker at giving her the food. Or that she doesn’t get to eat more of it. :) So definitely approved by the cat :)

By now I know that the Gourmet brand is a guarantee for my little cat, who loves all the varieties she’s tried so far. Unfortunately, though, four pouches arrived open, with the outer cardboard packaging also open and soaked in gravy... I had to put them straight in the fridge and I hope they won’t go off. I don’t think it was an issue with Poste Italiane because all the other products and the outer packaging were perfect. Please pay more attention when shipping the products.
