The cat has had a long-term problem with diarrhoea. She doesn't like Royal Canin, Hill's, or Smilla. So far, she's eaten the Kattovit chicken pouch and can several times. The pouch comes in a thick, dark red sauce with small pieces of meat (about 0.5x0.5 cm). The can is a fluffy purée topped with sauce. Improved recipe, but sadly no improvement
My picky cat used to love the Kattovit pouches – it was a food she always accepted and tolerated well. Kattovit Gastro in pouches – Says turkey but turns out to be chicken
I bought this food because I have a cat with a food intolerance to chicken (turkey is safe). The product is advertised as turkey + rice. I also checked the detailed product description before buying. Only after receiving the package and scanning the full list of ingredients written in tiny letters did I find out that it’s actually: 27% chicken, 8% poultry liver and, get this – turkey – 5%, rice – 2%. So what’s in the remaining 58% of the food, and how can this be sold as gastro when 58% of the ingredients are a complete mystery?

The cat likes to eat, including COSMA Asia (even though she eats only a little, she somehow manages to finish the chicken and tuna... :D although she leaves some crumbs). She also eats Advance, but for us it’s too expensive for two cats, especially since the other one doesn’t have any problems.
