Finally found one they both LOVE!

My 2 cats are very picky. It’s hard to find one that they both like. I’m pleased to say I’ve finally found it!! They lick their bowl clean..

Sensible food but also a treat

My cat loves the plain chicken; it's her bedtime treat every night. It is what it says, just chicken, with the right added vitamins. I add a little extra water to the can after each servning so it picks up a chicken flavour--she always drinks that first!

Best food!!!

It's just a best food for your pet. It's not too expensive, there is no by-products. There is no grains (except "chicken with rice), no vegetables or other bad stuff for your cats. It's look and smells delicious. And my cat go crazy about this food! He just looves it! Thank you zooplus!!!

Absolutely the best

I've tried tons and tons of different tastes and marks. But my maine coon simply loves porta 21!! And when we run out she refuses to eat anything else!! I can warmly recommend this, your cats will eat every last piece of it :)

Not accepted by kittens

I have no idea why my kittens (not fussy at all) hate this one... The pure chicken looks and smells good, but they won't even touch it. I gave away the rest of the cans to a friend of mine who has 2 cats, the result was the same - not something they'd wanna eat. I've normally fed them other high-quality canned food such as Cosma Thai or Applaws, but this is the first one they have refused to eat.

Chicken with Rice (Sensitive) & Pure Chicken Meat flavours

All 3 of my cats do not appear to like the chicken with rice flavour, which surprises me as it looks and smells good to me! They are not too hot about the pure chicken meat flavour either but will attempt to eat a little. I am very surprised as they love chicken and they will easily lap up the Applaws chicken flavour for example.

THE BEST !!

This food is the best treat you can offer your cats! My 7 (!) scoff it down like nothing else! The "pure chicken" variety is chicken strips in a little broth, the "chicken with aloe" is chicken strips in a loose jelly (the aloe) and the "sensitive" is chicken strips and white rice.

Real Chicken! TOP choice.

The "pure chicken meat" variety of this food is exactly that: strips of chicken in broth (very little, just to moisten the meat). The "sensitive" variety has a few big rice grains mixed with the strips, while the "chicken and aloe" comes in a jelly (aloe) which the cats are pleased to eat. My cats are crazy about this food, and the 400gr can is actually good value, considering the quality. Real top quality.

Brilliant food

My four cats all love Porta 21 so it must be good as they are the fussiest cats I have ever had! It is good to feed them something which they enjoy but which is also free from artificial colourings and additives. Well done Zooplus for stocking it and for an excellent and friendly customer service!

Cats like it quite a lot

Honestly, there’s an incredible amount of jelly, which is what they like most, so basically you’re paying for jelly with just a bit of aloe and tuna, at a gold price. I wish Zooplus wouldn’t send the tins all dented, but that’s an impossible mission—they arrive as if they’d played football with them.

Super karma

Our cats eat with a huge appetite. The bowls are licked clean every time. They like the tuna with beef and the tuna with sprats the most. The chicken wasn’t a hit.

satisfied

I've been using this for years, it's good, just a shame there's so much sludge at the bottom.

My cats love it

It’s tuna, tuna and sprat, that is, just fish and nothing else. It helps with hydration, especially since one of our cats finds it hard to drink water.

Alternative to chicken

The target language "🇬🇧 Irish" seems to be a mix-up. If you meant English (🇬🇧), here's the translation: Everyone loves the chicken, they clean their bowls, I’m really happy because the can is so big and convenient! I’ll definitely try other flavors. If you meant Irish (Gaeilge), here's the translation: Is maith le gach duine an sicín, glanann siad na mbabhlaí, tá an-sásta orm mar tá an stán chomh mór sin agus an-áisiúil! Cinnte bainfidh mé triail as blasanna eile. Please clarify if you need only one language.

Watch out for this chicken.

Beware of this product – the one with chicken, because the others are just fine. My cats vomit and get sick after eating it. My British Shorthair started throwing up—once, twice a day. When he vomited four times, we ended up at the emergency vet at night. The tests showed nothing. He got stomach protectors and an IV drip. After a few days, he was back to normal. We noticed that after this incident, he won’t touch the chicken flavor anymore. We started giving the remaining cans to the outdoor cats we have. All of them vomited after eating the chicken one.

Not bad at all

My cats love it. I buy it because it doesn’t have any cereals and it’s pure fish. The price is a bit high, but it’s worth it. The only thing I don’t like is that I’ve been buying this brand for over a year and the cans always arrive really dented.
