Most of the times, and it happened with some other trays of their other flavours in the past, to find large pieces of rubbery skin or tissues whatsoever, cat will not eat and have to check the food before giving it to him as I need to remove the pieces. Other than that, the brand is good and their trays are of good quality. My cat prefers their other flavours and not this specific one with fish.

I bought a pack of this trays only to find out quite a lot of pieces that felt like rubber inside the whole batch and obviously my cats did not eat. After a few emails, they recognised that "the membranes are normally removed with a sandpaper during the product preparation process. In this case, it seems it was not correctly removed."

Our cat is really picky, she always leaves a bit of her food in the bowl, even from the things she usually likes, but she devours this down to the last crumb <3 I'm really happy about it because the ingredients are great, we've ordered it several times now and her enthusiasm hasn't faded. Luckily, her digestion is fine with it too.

My sister brought me this food and my cats pounced on it—they still love it to this day!

Very good ingredients, a product my cats really appreciate

The product has high-quality ingredients, but unfortunately my tomcat didn’t go near the bowl. He even tried to bury it, even though he usually eats anything, anytime. I had to return them.
