My tomcat was diagnosed with triaditis. He lost a lot of weight, suffered frequent vomiting and especially diarrhoea... On the vet's recommendation, we switched to these pouches and the same kibble. Luckily, my cat likes both, he hardly ever vomits now, his stool is much better and he's even gained weight 😊 Even though I know his illness is fatal, I'm grateful for this diet... I recommend it from our experience.

I am very satisfied with this product. My cat is very old—23 years—and this is the ONLY veterinary food that allows him to have a suitable diet every day.

I needed a remedy for a really bad case of constipation, which led to a diagnosis of megacolon. By using only Royal Canin Gastrointestinal with Fibre Response, I successfully got through that very dark period...

My cat used to get severely constipated, mainly because she’d been eating grain-free kibble as her main food for almost 11 years. After she had a bout of gastritis, I switched her completely to this range, both the wet food and the kibble, and she hasn’t had any problems since. I wish I’d made the switch sooner.

It's a bit expensive, but my cat loves it and it helps with his constipation.
