Cats with kidney failure, due to a mix of factors (internal and food composition), get tired very easily and/or simply don’t like the options given. I’ve tried them all, the most famous and so-called “prestigious” brands—money wasted. My cat likes this one, it helps clinically and there’s been no worsening, in fact we’re finally increasing fluids even with the food!
