Poor Quality

The quality of the food varies greatly from batch to batch which gives me an impression of overall low quality product. The batches that have nothing drawn on the lids are very substandard and my cats refuse to eat it,so it always ends up in the bin.On the other hand, the tins that have pictograms drawn on the lids with opening instructions are of good quality. The problem is that you're always playing "Russian Roulette" when ordering any kind of Thrive Complete.

The best!

This is the best food for cats. It is like a human food, not plastic.

MY FUSSY CAT LOVES THEM!

My BSH cat has always been a bit of a fussy eater, but absolutely loves the Thrive tins. They are full of real food and a big bonus is that it is a complete food and without any additives whatsoever. Very difficult to find a food like this, especially if you read all of the ingredients in other so called quality foods. My only gripe is the Tuna with Shrimp & Squid - the tin is only about half full of actual fish and the rest is made up of liquid. Unless, there was a manufacturing problem?

Cat likes it but smells disgusting

Good quality honest food

My two Ragdolls have sensitive stomachs and this food has been brilliant for them because it doesn't include any of the other cheap ingredients that other manufacturers add to bulk up the food (like rice! or barley!). You can tell that the food is good quality and much better than the other premium food brands. I have bought many of the other wet and dry varieties that Thrive produce and I have found all to be very good food. Highly recommended.

Good, but expensive

Cat's love this. A shame it's nearly £1 a tin. That's 6 a day on wet cat food for my two.

Best cat food around

I feed both my cats on Thrive wet and dry food. By far the best cat food on the market and its complete. I used to feed my cats on another well known (and not cheap) brand, but 1 1/2 pouches later still did not fill her up. One tin of Thrive each meal and she's more than happy with a full tummy. It's not the cheapest but you definatley get what you pay for.

Finally!

I've literally tried every high quality, complete wet cat food on this site and I've finally found a wet food that my little biscuit addict likes! He actually LICKS THE BOWL CLEAN when I feed him the tuna variety =) I've finally been able to wean him off biscuits. The only reasons that I didn't give this product five stars are that the shredded texture of the chicken variety is a bit off-putting for both my cats, and it's such a wet food that I have been splashed a couple of times when opening the cans - which isn't that pleasant as I'm vegan! (Although that's just a personal niggle, nothing to do with food quality!) I'd also like to see more varieties - especially in the multipacks, as I'd prefer not to just feed my cats fish and as I mentioned, they don't like the chicken as much. Overall though, great product!

Perfect for pusscats

I feed Daff only the best stuff. Thrive is full of the best stuff! I know that if it's Thrive, it's going to be good for her

Purrfect

My cat loved chicken and liver.

Tuna & Salmon

Tuna & Salmon gets absolutely devoured. No crumbs left. No grains, no sugar, and a high meat content. Which means it's not cheap either. And it even has responsible and sustainable sourcing. What else could you want? I will buy a few tins now and again to mix things up at home.

Smells good and cat eats it all

This is one of the very few foods my 18month old female cat will eat all of - she's a bit of a fusspot but this is always eaten up and she comes running when she hears me opening the tin! It's pricy but good and I would rather pay more and have it eaten than use a cheaper bbrand and throw half of it away...

Thrive complete "Tuna"

Really well accepted and highly palatable. My lady cat has rice, beef, and grain allergies and generally only eats fish. TOP product which I will happily recommend!

Very palatable and very easily accepted

We have a cat with some pretty bad food allergies and a very sensitive tummy, another very fussy lady cat who doesn't eat well, and a new addition: a 5 month old kitty. We put a lot of importance on a healthy and nutritious wet food, and have tried lots of things. All our cats have taken to it really well, even the one with tummy problems. The only negative: we get through 5 tins a day. We need bigger tins!

I thought I would never find the one until I found thrive

Since I got my cat he has had stomach problems and multiple vet visits. Everything I gave him to eat made him vomit or have diarrhoea. I spent a fortune on all different types of food trying desperately to find one that he would be able to eat consistently ans wasn't just a complimentary food ! Then on a chance after trying every label other people had recommend I tried thrive and it worked my boy started putting weight back on and along with the thrive dry biscuits his coat looked great. Its also a plus that he loves it. They look good enough for toast. Well worth the extra money if it means I have a healthy cat.

Looks good enough to eat

I have been really pleased with thrive, it looks as though it is good quality and our cat loves it. He eats all of it. We tried various brands that can be found in supermarkets and he turned his nose up at most of it, which meant we threw a lot away. Thrive is a lot more than I would normally like to spend on cat food, but he eats it all, so I don't mind paying that little bit extra. Zooplus is also the cheapest place that I have found to purchase it, so well done zooplus.

Best wet cat food on the market

I don't know of any cat that wouldn't want this - pure luxury and 100% fish or meat content. I've tried my 9 month old ragdoll on tuna, tuna and salmon and chicken so far and he loves them all. It is expensive but it is the best!

Best food on the market, hands down

This may be a little pricier than your average food but it is 70% chicken breast and it actually looks like chicken breast and smells like chicken. It is much like Applaws Wet (ingredients and price) but this beats Applaws hands down for being complete not just to be served as a treat. Excellent value for money - if you haven't tried it before, pop it in your basket, you won't regret it!

Chicken breast and chicken liver

My cat adores this variety - not so keen on some of the other ones, but I can't go wrong with the chicken and liver. He licks the bowl when eating this! I sometimes have to mix a little of this with other wet cat food he is being fussy about and find this strategy generally saves me having to throw a lot of cat food out! He does however, tend to pick out the chicken bits and leave the other stuff behind - just another sign of how much he likes this variety!

Great complete cat food

Not only do both my cats love this, but it has also helped one of them with a super sensitive stomach - no more problems since I started feeding him this. It is not cheap, but it's worth it to have happy & healthy cats! It was great to find a complete food which has none of the strange additions you find in most other food. Someone told me that 'what you spend on quality food you save on vet bills!' and I truly believe that, would just add relief - from finding a complete food I can feed my beloved boy without making him ill!

Favourite

Long live Catmoneo! Finally found the best food for my fluffy four-legged friend. He loves it, except for the ocean fish and liver flavours—everything else is a hit. Both the dry and wet food from this brand. The protein and other nutrients are really well balanced for my indoor cat. The only downside is that the price keeps changing, so you can't really get a subscription.

Very good pet food

Very good food, the cats love it. It's great that it's complete, unlike most Cosma products.

Really like it and it's not too high in protein

My cat, 16 years old, with a sensitive stomach since forever and some allergies to fish-based wet food, really loves this chicken variety from Thrive. It has a moderate protein content (good for kidney protection), comes in shredded pieces (his favourite), but is still a complete food, which is quite rare. I use it on its own or mixed with gastro wet food to make it more appetising. The only downside is the price 😊

Super!

I've been buying this food for my two cats for a while now. They especially love the fish varieties! But this food has gotten really expensive at zooplus. It's almost €8 more than it used to be. Luckily, there are still some sellers offering it at a reasonable price.

Very picky kitty approves

I have a very picky cat who has only ever approved one type of wet food in her life (and we've tried many). Tried this in different flavours, and now she loves it even more than the old one! She likes several of the flavours. Perfect since this is a healthy, complete food! Highly recommended 😊

Contains a lot of iodine 😥

My cats like it a lot, but unfortunately I noticed too late that the food has a very high iodine content. The information on the cans refers to 100g, while other manufacturers state it per 1kg. That’s really bad for the thyroid.
