I thought the product would have a carbon filter because I use bottled water, as the water on Öland causes limescale build-up in the pump!!

Finally, I see her drinking. Great!

Not good... small capacity. It rusts at the power connection and is hard to open for cleaning.

I bought it specifically for my Cat Mate fountain but it doesn’t fit. I had to modify the filter holder inside because there was no way to get it in. My fountain has two compartments and the replacement has three.

These filters release a black residue that contaminates the water. I don’t know to what extent they may have caused urinary problems for my cats. Not only do I not recommend them, but I actually wish they’d be taken off the market.

After just one week from purchase, the product started leaking water from the tube inside the bowl. This morning I found the kitchen flooded. Money down the drain.

I was hoping the cat would love this 'toy', but it's so noisy that she doesn't even dare to come near it, even when she sees the water. The motor shakes the middle part, which isn't properly fixed in its place, and besides the motor, the rattling plastic makes even more noise. A pointless purchase.

The listing doesn’t clearly show the product’s measurements. With so many products in the same post, it’s hard to tell. The filters I bought are very square-shaped. I went by the picture and thought they would fit well. I’ll still use them by squeezing them in and making them fit, at least until I buy the original brand replacement (which is more expensive). They seem to be good quality. The mistake was mine for not checking the filter size.
