Bought one at first, worked well, very quiet, but within a few months the light stopped working. Zooplus sent a replacement, but that one stopped pumping water after a few months. I descale my fountains regularly and clean them every other day. As long as it works, it’s good and especially quiet, but the durability is a disaster. Now I’m stuck with a stock of filters that only fit Tiaki and have to buy a new one.

I have no idea what the sellers were thinking, but I only received a spare pump for the water fountain WITHOUT the fountain itself... I don't recommend it.

It's not practical at all, even assembling it is a problem because you have to connect the motor to the top with a silicone tube that's so soft you can't push it in properly. If I want it to stick to the bottom but I've already pushed the tube into the motor, then I can't do it by hand because I can't reach it. If you have to do this every time you clean it, it takes loads of time and really tests your patience. For this much money, you can buy much better ones. Sent back.

I bought this water fountain a couple of years ago. My cats really like it. It’s a bit tricky to clean.

It was a Christmas present 2024 for my cats and they love it. I also ordered a spare pump straight away but haven’t needed it yet, and yes, the light doesn’t work anymore, but that’s not really a problem. I’ve got night lights anyway. More expensive fountains aren’t any better, I’ve tried them all.

The fountain would be great if the pump wasn’t constantly broken. The cats drink well and really like it. But the pumps are usually broken after about 4 weeks.
