Zubehör: Ersatzfilter (4 Stück)
Not the product shown in the picture
I urgently needed replacement filters for my drinking fountain and, as I've often done, ordered them from Zooplus. WARNING: Now, for a lot of money, you DON'T get the PRODUCT SHOWN in the picture, but some random replacement—just the sponge filter without the plastic. Definitely not worth 15 euros for 4 pieces. For that money, I can get 12 replacement filters on Amazon.
I'm incredibly annoyed.

Drinkfontein 2 Liter
Good product for good cats
My cat digs under the fountain and ends up dragging the whole thing across the room. Result: everything soaking wet, which isn’t exactly great on laminate flooring. My other cat always left it alone and loved drinking from it, but unfortunately the drinking fountain had to go because of one cat’s bad behaviour. Now I’m looking for something made of heavier material with anti-slip.

Náhradní filtr (měkká voda, 6 ks)
Replacement filter
The new version without the plastic packaging is terrible. It lasts much less time than the original version.

CloserPets replacement filters are downright bad
I've had the Cat Mate fountain itself for years and my cats are very happy with it. You do need to make sure the motor stays clean and replace it once a year. The filters should be replaced once a month, which was fine with the "old" Cat Mate, but with the new CloserPets you’re lucky if you can make them last two weeks.

Plug broke within 4 months
The plug overheats, causing it to break within just 4 months. The second plug also broke after only a few months. Really poor quality.

Drinkfontein 2 Liter
super
Silent and amazing! My brother and I had to get used to it at first, but now it's going really well. My wife did want me to mention that the filters that go with it are often sold out, which we find a real shame. But apart from that, we're very satisfied 😺😸

Filter that doesn't fit
Not the right filters at all. I received the white ones, which don’t fit my fountain. Very, very disappointed.

Regret this choice ...
It's a nice-looking model. The cat does drink from it. Unfortunately, the fountain is so light that the cat pushes against it and the water spills out. The floor gets wet, and the pump makes noise because there's not enough water left. You have to refill it every day, which defeats the purpose... You also have to clean it very regularly...

Scam with these filters
I’ve just received my order of 6 filters, thinking I’d get the blue filters shown in the photo. Unfortunately, I also received 6 white filters that are useless since they don’t fit into the blue holder. Expensive and disappointed.

Scam!!!!
Be careful, you don't receive the official Cat Mate product but substitutes instead! It's a shameless lie just to sell! It's disgraceful!

WARNING SCAM!!!!
You have to check the 3rd photo where they explain (in English, no less) that the filters you’ll receive aren’t necessarily the blue ones you think you’re ordering, but another model (the white ones) which are just a piece of foam (with a lot less charcoal, by the way).
According to customer service, who I contacted today, they only send the white ones now and apparently it was up to me to check the text on the 3rd photo...
But the price is still the same as for the blue ones!!!

Drinking fountain
I've been using this fountain for seven years now. Really solid design. The motor still works perfectly. I give it a thorough clean about every other week. Very satisfied.

Filtre de rezervă (6 buc., pentru apă cu duritate scăzută)
Unconvincing
I ordered the set of replacement filters and received the version without the blue protective casing, just a stiffer fabric cover, which is supposed to work the same as the others? They don't have charcoal granules inside... I'm not convinced they'll be as effective.

Substitute product!
I ordered Cat Mate filters and, to my great surprise, I received generic Closer Pets filters without being informed. I find this practice dishonest, especially since my cat has stopped drinking since I replaced the filter. Probably a taste issue that only my cat could explain. I think I’ll have to throw them away.
So I’ll probably order other filters. If it turns out I receive the same ones again without being told, I’ll permanently close my account.

Closer Pets 2 litros (6 uds.)
Not for my filter
I bought it specifically for my Cat Mate fountain but it doesn’t fit. I had to modify the filter holder inside because there was no way to get it in. My fountain has two compartments and the replacement has three.

2 copies at home!
Never had any problems with our two units; one for upstairs and one for downstairs. In an ideal world, they would have been made of stainless steel, but I can always buy those later.
