Best bowl I've tried
I bought four different slow feeders to try for my cats. This one is by far the best in my opinion. The raised points mean they can't use their mouths as a shovel, but as they're not ridges, they can still eat it and don't have to use their paw to scratch the kibble out of the bowl. It's a heavy ceramic bowl so it stays put where you've placed it, no matter if that's a rug or hard flooring. I'm using it in combination with an automatic feeder and that works great, all the kibble ends up in the b
My favourite bowl
This is a perfect feeder for cats. It is shallow enough not to cause whisker fatigue and it is also a slow feeder. My only downside is that because it is ceramic it breaks easily if dropped. I raise it up on a cake stand for my cats to help neck strain but they will always try and knock it over I have gone through about four of them. I wish it was made of stainless steel that would be 5 stars

Breaks easily
All the ends peeled off and it's dangerous for the kitten, as it could swallow a piece of the ceramic. It didn't even last a month.

Poor quality

The coating always gets damaged
I was actually excited to finally find an anti-gobble bowl for my tomcat that's relatively whisker-friendly. Unfortunately, I have to revise my initial review. The coating is quite delicate. Doesn't do its job
It doesn't work as advertised. The cat food kibbles aren't big enough for eating from this to make my cat eat any slower than from a regular bowl. And I've tried with quite a few different types of kibble. The only decent thing is the material, although I can't really say how durable it is since my cat has only used it a few times, precisely because it doesn't do what it's supposed to.

More suitable for puppies

Slow feeder
My dog is a real glutton when it comes to eating and she eats super fast, then after a little while she throws it all up.

Great!
Our little mouse was hardly eating at all due to illness, and now that she's feeling better, she doesn't just eat—she wolfs down everything that comes near her nose. It hasn't lasted long
For the price, the feeders are fine. As for whether they help reduce anxiety at mealtime, they haven’t worked for my cats.
