TIAKI Triple Feeder with Water Dispenser

For cats up to one year old, this is an excellent product. But besides the little kittens, even my older one, who is 6 years old, eats from the bowls without any problems.

You constantly have to refill the water when the bowl is empty. I'm not talking about the actual water bottle, but the container. It doesn't automatically refill the bowl when it's empty. You have to keep pressing the bottle down yourself before it will add water.

The product is good, but it's not "dog friendly". The water bowl should have been in the middle. Taz got used to the position more slowly.

The three bowls are practical; however, the water dispenser is a downside as the water doesn't flow into the bowl enough. The cat ends up licking the plastic with its paw. I had to remove it, but when the cat eats, sometimes kibble from the neighbouring bowl ends up in the water.

But the water dispenser works kind of strangely.

Very cute. But the water dispenser releases too little. If I don’t squeeze the bottle, the water just stays under the little paw, so it’s not very accessible for the cats.

Unfortunately, I have to give this product a bad review – it’s just not well designed. The biggest issue is that you can’t take the lid off the water container without damaging the whole thing. Because of that, you can’t wash the bowl underneath properly. Another problem is that the water only reaches up to the yellow lid, so the cats end up licking the plastic instead of drinking the water.

I took out the water dispenser because the water stays in the drip tray, which makes it easier for bacteria to build up. You also can’t remove the paw print part to keep the water area clean. I ended up breaking it out and just put a water bowl in instead.

The product is not stable. Unfortunately, I only just unpacked it and noticed that the cheap plastic is already completely broken. What a shame. 13€ you could easily save.
