Easy to use, and smells like an expensive facial tonic. Our puppy is completely white and this really helps with the tear stains. It does need to be used very regularly though, probably every day if you want to keep eyes completely stain free. Our puppy doesn't mind us using this, although it is easier when she's sleepy, and it hasn't caused any sensitivity or irritation.

I have a cream and white persian and we have been using this product for a while. We have tried almost everything we know of, like bicabornated warm water, wipes, etc. This works, but we also wipe the stains with warm water before and do the final cleaning with this.

I have a persian cat, and they have a problem with eye stains, I have used this product it removes the sluggish bits and does not irritate the eyes.
