This carrier is amazing! The space is very spacious, and my cat loves it. It took me about half an hour to assemble, but the door is a bit tricky to close. Overall, it’s very good:)

The box is nice and big, and the size L is supposedly able to carry up to 12 kilos. However, it’s made from very light, flimsy material and with our 8 kilo cat, it already bent and stretched so much that I definitely can’t confirm that claim. While carrying it around, the (firmly closed) side flaps and the front door kept coming loose several times, which could have been extremely dangerous. The information really needs to be updated and the product checked again.

I received the carrier for my cat. The size is good, but unfortunately the design is very impractical because once assembled, the top and bottom parts can’t be opened anymore. This means the vet can only take the cat out from above, instead of – like with my old carrier – being able to remove the entire top part. For anxious cats, this causes extra stress.

Got the size L (60x40) for a Scottish. I added a piece of Vetbed Gold for extra comfort during transport. Just a bit too heavy to carry by the handle if the cat is inside (for me)...

How can such a simple product have so many plastic parts that you have to assemble yourself? It’s difficult, the pieces are unstable. It’s especially hard to snap them in, especially the handle at the top. Terrible idea.
