Decent cat flap, but the lock doesn't work

It's a decent cat flap, but the lock doesn't work. My cats were outside while the flap was closed.

Really bad lock on the one I got.

The lock is poor and flimsy and won't hold if a cat comes running at the flap. It'll open then if the cat is a larger breed. Just a really bad lock, plain and simple.
