The whole house smells of this so-called Green Tea (although I know the scent of green tea to be very subtle). I actually get a headache from it. But now to the most important part: my cats won’t use the litter at all, even though I mixed it with their usual litter and even added a bit of used litter. They sniff it, turn around, and use the other two litter boxes instead.

The litter clumps well, produces little dust, and binds odours. However, the green tea scent is way too strong. The whole house smells of it and, to me, it smells artificial. The cats don’t tolerate the fragrance and won’t use the litter box. They sniff it and walk away to use the other box with different litter.

Of course, it does get tracked a bit on the paws, but I don’t know any cat litter that doesn’t do that.
