Saved our invite to the holiday home!
this saves carpet of internal balcony where my cat can simultaneously poop and peer at residents of the holiday house.
Saved us getting a bad rep for littering. Our invite back is intact thanks to this.
Arthur gets a big thrill from making as much noise as possible ‘covering up’ his necessities. He rakes in the litter, then all around. Rather than scratching the new carpet threadbare, he goes to town tugging at the mat making so much noise it delights him silly.
Easy velcro to empty.

Good for fine litter
While this mat struggles a little with large particles of litter, the medium and fine ones will get trapped very effectively. Since changing to Biokat micro litter, a few months ago, we have seen essentially no tracking around the house with this mat.

Nothing special
Our cats prefer Super Benek Compact Cat Litter and it was everywhere around our flat. It didn't change after we bought this mat. Not worth its price.

Brilliant
I didn't expect any mircales from this mat but I gave it a shot. And the problem of litter covering tray's area just disappeared. And it is really big which was important to me, we use a high storage box instead of traditional tray. The mat gets really well with Tigerino.

Great concept, but...
I've been looking for a mat for ages that captures the bits. This is a great concept, however, I use Catsan and some of the bigger particles don't fall through the holes (which I thought was the idea?). I wouldn't advise purchasing if you use pellets. If anyone can advise on a finer cat litter, give me a shout. Early days yet. A great price though compared to some other sites!
