Lid never closed properly

The lid on this product has never closed properly leaving it difficult to carry if needed. Today the snap at the side broke for no apparent reason. Would not recommend at all

Great tray

There is a review that talks about the door and the flimsy build quality. This sturdier than a lot of other trays I’ve had and used. As for the door it is a little unusual as it fits with the door recessing into the tray but this seems to help with kick out of litter

Works well

We bought this litter box for our two 8 weeks old kittens. It works well, but the users need to improve their performance inside ;) There's absolutely no problem with the entrance - they can enter easily. The litter is big enough for two kittens to use at the same time and it doesn't take too much space. The little detail of "Love" sticker on the side is quite cute. Overall good quality product.

Terrible Door

While this may look like a lovely litter tray, it is, unfortunately, a disaster due to the door which does not fit at all. It will not swing open or closed as it gets caught on the bottom and it doesn't matter which way you attach it, the same problem persists.

DO NOT BUY

This is the second review I have done of this tray as I had not realised while writing the first one that as well as the door being a disaster, the closing mechanisms on the main body of the tray do not work either. They simply will not close. Overall a flimsy badly made piece of rubbish and if I could give a minus review I would.
