Unfortunately, the product has no structure, so it keeps collapsing. The cats can't play with it.

The tunnel doesn’t hold its shape at all. One entrance always collapses downwards. Not good quality. Pity.

Unfortunately, it collapses on itself again and again after a very short time, and my cats now mostly use it to lie on rather than run through.

The product would otherwise be good and large, but because the support structure is made of rings instead of a continuous spiral, it just stays crumpled on the floor all the time. The cats jump on top of the tunnel, which makes it collapse and it doesn’t return to its shape. It’s unusable unless you straighten it out yourself every time the cats jump on it. There are also no strings or buttons on the product to fold it up for storage.
