Positives about the product: no assembly was needed (okay, screwing in the bolt again isn’t really a challenge or proper assembly), the balls were used straight away and there was no nasty musty sisal or wood smell. Negative: My tomcat stands on the half-sphere and digs his claws in... after just one week of use, the sisal threads are already coming loose. That’s a real shame.
