I got the scratching wave as a gift because my cats love scratching boards, and we used to have the 'Kratzmöbel Welle', which isn't available anymore. I'm really disappointed with the new scratching wave. Zooplus has put a much worse product on the market, but they're still charging almost the same price as before. They've especially cut back on the size: the wave is now much shorter, the sides are just plain cardboard, and it's less stable.

My cat loves it. She prefers to scratch on the floor and can really let off steam here. Makes less mess than expected.

My cat is 15 years old and I think it's tough for her, and I also think the shape doesn't help either. I've put CatNip on it, both the one that comes as a gift with the scratcher and the one I have at home, and she sniffs it and plays around with the scratcher, but as for actually using it, nothing.

The scratcher is comfortable for scratching and lying on.

My cat loves tearing up cardboard, so this has turned out to be the best scratching pad. Really great value for money.

It really lasts a long time, the cats love it. Definitely recommended. Be careful with the included catnip – it goes straight through and ends up on the floor.
