Ingenious. My tomcat loves it. I recommend it.

My cat really likes this toy, she wouldn't let the other cat take it from her (I had to buy a second one for the tomcat), and when she sleeps, she rests her head on it. A cheap purchase that brought a lot of joy to my pets.

My cats have never used this item "as intended" and honestly, I’m not even sure how the design is supposed to work? It’s just a cardboard circle with a hole in it, and the toy that comes with it (which you can easily take out) doesn’t really "spin" inside like you’d expect. That being said, my cats do like playing with the ball on its own, so it’s not a complete waste of money. As for the cardboard, they just ignore it – it’s not small enough for them to bat around, but not big enough to scratch on either.
