The system doesn't work. It's hard for the cat to pull to release the food

My cat was immediately interested, but unfortunately it's a bit hit and miss and will only work with really small treats. The Dreamy treats my cats like is too big for it, and it means they get stuck in the opening and only fall out sometimes, making the cat lose interest quickly. It is easy to attach to either thicker or tinner surfaces. The lid is not secure but the toy overall is sturdy and well made. If your cat likes small treats, this might be a good choice.

My cat adores Dreamies/Temptations and goes whacky for them. I thought this would be a great activity ti keep him busy whilst I work from home. He figured it out easy enough, just Dreamies were slightly too big to drop from the dispenser. The clever dork ended up getting the lid off and reaching in for them. Toy is now in a box as he will only work for Dreamies. If your cay enjoys smaller sized treats this would be brilliant!

It's hard to find treats in the right size. If they're too small, they just fall out on their own. If they're too big, they get stuck and are visible. The elastic cord wore out very quickly.

We really don't have any wild or rough cats, but this thing was completely broken and beyond repair after just 10 minutes.

The idea is good, but in practice it doesn't work. Neither our own group of cats nor the neighbour's two can get any treats out of it.

Nice toy, works well with or without treats

In just two minutes (2!!!) it was already in 3 pieces on the floor, all the treats fell out after just a couple of tugs on the rope, and the support doesn’t even hold up the toy itself. Save your money!

My cat loves it. It just takes him a little while to figure it out. However, he’s already figured out how to quickly just take the lid off. I don’t understand why it doesn’t stay on better when it’s made for animals. He can just flip the lid off.

I think the toy is a really good idea, but you need the right treats and (which I’ve done now) a bigger hole, then it works perfectly.
